I've never even set foot in this place and wish I could give it a zero star rating. I've had my kids appointment canceled two days in a row last minute from their own doing after I already kept my kids out of school. I was never given a reason the first rescheduled appointment either. They didn't care either that my kids were already out of school and offer a note for the school or to accommodate us to a different time the same day.

Pretty sad when everywhere you go in Cleveland won't fix a 12 year Olds teeth kids been in pain for 3 years straight they and every other dentist 4 or 5 at this point refuse to do anything except refer us to rainbow wich we have had 2 surgery appointments waited over a year for each for them to act like they don't know us come surgery day someone will is gonna be held responsible.

Wish I would have looked at all the bad reviews about this place before I took my child with autism there. The guy that did the work was very nice but the other people in the office are just horrible and very unprofessional. I was told that my child would take her medication if she was in enough pain...she has non verbal autism and would not understand that medication would help. The nurse was extremely rude unprofessional and i hope this helps other parents from making the same mistake

Had appointment this afternoon , and was text last minute early this morning that they decided to move the appointment to this morning. First, I scheduled it to be after school months ago with confirmation two days ago, and a reminder text was sent to me yesterday. Second, you can't just move it to whatever time you feel like it on the same day appointment without first confirming with the patient. So I called to have this rescheduled- and the only available time would be over a month later. They couldn't do as scheduled, because like others have stated- the dentist isn't there. I mean, you didn't know that yesterday when I was sent the text of reminder for appointment today? Or, when I sent that text to confirm my appointment two days ago?

If I could leave a negative number of stars I would! The lady working the front desk answering the phones needs to find a new profession- absolutely ridiculous how she treats children and talks to adults. If a child a non-verbal and has Autism and is not taking her antibiotics- maybe we should show care and compassion rather then saying "well if she feels bad enough she will take them" - heartless low life - if you value your child care and treatment DO NOT GO HERE!

I love how they can pick and choose when they want to do any work. Leaving early. Not notifying people who have appointments that they won't be there for us to show up to absolutely no one being there. They will ban my kids again due to their incompetence. I was 20 minutes early this second time. Definitely reporting this business to any and every association that I possibly can. They can explain to my kids school why I've had to take him out early THREE times for the SAME appt. And still hasn't been seen! I don't recommend this place. You wait weeks for an appointment your literally in the room for 5 minutes. Don't recommend whatsoever.

Dentist in nice, techs are nice, but the receptionist needs a new job. Been calling every single day for A MONTH about scheduling and not even a single call back. Unbelievable. The only time the phones were actually being answered was when the receptionist was on vacation. Its actually sad. I hate leaving such a horrible review but my kids deserve better.

They asked me to reschedule my son's appointment twice, when I asked why I was told that I can come to the office and punch whoever was by the phone in the lip or an eye! What is this? Just awful. Haven't been this disappointed in a long time.

After having my son's apt. Cancelled TWICE in 1 week..BOTH appointments beings ones THEY rescheduled for a later date.. I'll find somewhere else to spend my money, they would obviously rather go home early than get paid. Both times the excuse was... Well there's not a Dr. Here after 230... Then WHY have your hours open late or even schedule an apt. Later in the day ?! I'm sorry,my husband and I both work and he's in school. We made different arrangements for work both times, inconveniencing other people. NEVER again. Absolutely horrible customer service and we haven't even stepped foot in the building!

If I could I'd give this office 10 stars! Have been looking for a good kids dentist for ages and couldn't be more pleased with this place. Were quick to schedule and take us. Very minimal wait time to none in waiting room. Clean. Friendly staff. Doctors and assistant were very informative and friendly with me and kids. Kids love this place and no more tear works when going to the dentist. Not sure why so many negative reviews. As a mom of 5 small kids I couldn't recommend this place more!

I had the best experience here. The last dentist I had for my nervous 7year old, told me we may have to hold him down to pull a tooth. I teared up when the doctor told me there were better options. I left wanting to hug them all! The receptionist and the assistant were so gentle and calming. I will be coming here from now on. Huge thank you to everyone today!

This place is horrible, and never answer their phones. And when you finally get ahold of them, a month after your appt, and find out you have to wait and additional 3 month for oral surgery because the anesthesiologist canceled month worth of appt.

I was referred by a friend after I told her about the nightmare my 8yo son had experienced at the other DDS office we were going to. Staff was AMAZING!! The assistant literally had a whole conversation in the singing voice with my son, so adorable! Front desk girl, incredible. Do to my crazy schedule she took her time way past 5pm ( i didn't release) to make sure she can find us an appointment since he has a cavity. Everyone was so pleasant! Dr's are great! So knowledgeable, everything was explained in the way that I didn't even had any additional questions. This is a first time in 3 years my son didn't cry at dental chair. When we left he was so happy he gave me huge hug and ask when is he coming back! Great experience Thank you!

The whole staff is very rude! Not to mention that both of my daughters are on the autism spectrum and the front desk laughed at my children when they were having a meltdown. The dentist and the staff would argue in front of patients and make us feel very uncomfortable. They cancelled our appointments and then said they can no longer see us because we have too many no call no shows which was a complete lie.

My sons were long time patients here. My oldest is 10 and we started bringing him at 3 yrs old then I had my second son whom became a patient as well . Over the years I have never found the voicemail option useful . I have called several times to schedule appointment and left messages NEVER A CALL BACK. We had an app in November we were unable to make the app . I called left a VM... of course no call back to reschedule. I called just the other day and they marked us as a no show and archived our files !!! The receptionist sounded young n rude!! Basically accused me of lying and saying I never left a message. 7 yrs of being loyal customers/patients every 6 months I would bring my sons here and now we can't come back . My sons are sad they enjoyed this dentist office alot . They seem to have alot of issues with rude receptionists and we ve put up with it because the dentists are awesome and they really cater to kids. This is unacceptable . Also sad for my sons they enjoy the dentist . So now we are forced to go elsewhere and alot further out as no one accepts our insurance. Over the years I've heard alot of bad reviews and experiences from others and always stuck up for thus place and even recommended it to family and friends . Just horrible.

Horrible staff!!!! Their front desk lady nakea is the most ghetto rude person! Does not care at all about your children. They would be better with new staff possibly! I would expect a place like this in the ghettos of Cleveland. Not Medina. Iv never seen a dentist office that was ran so unprofessional! A few of the staff was even walking around barefoot an all had no masks! Don't bother bringing your children here. The doctor and the staff were arguing in front of all us! Very uncomfortable.
