You can watch Netflix while you're getting your dental work done. The entire staff is very kind, especially the receptionist who called me the day after a filling to check in! Service was incredibly fast, got a cleaning and a filling in less than 20 minutes and everything was on time. I was also able to make the appointment the day before. Right by the entrance to the Astoria-Ditmars subway so it's very easy to find. If you made the mistake of choosing a DMO plan like I did, they offer their own yearly dental plan at a pretty good price. It also comes with unlimited xrays, no joke! 10/10 and made this place my preferred dentist.

Had a wonderful experience here MediDental. Everything was easy and effortless. The staff was incredibly friendly, the cleaning was quick and thorough and I was briefed on all my X-rays with a lot of information. I'd highly recommend this dentist office!

While searching for a new dentist here in Astoria, I found a gem!Timm and Daniel at the reception are super friendly and helpful. The doctor was very nice and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment.Last but not least, the office is sparkling! I am happy to recommend this office as your dentist

Every single person from front desk to Dr. Murdakhayeva herself was so kind, welcoming and efficient! I've been twice now and as someone who waited YEARS in between visits because of how much I hate the dentist, I have to say I've finally found a practice I'm super comfortable going to. They walked me through everything from procedures themselves to the insurance information and when I mentioned I was on a time crunch for a meeting during my first visit they kicked it into gear and had me home in time for my meeting with time to spare. I absolutely recommend MediDental and will be going back in time for my 6 month cleaning!!

This place is absolutely amazing. I am extremely picky about dentists because of fears as well as multiple bad experiences but everyone in this office is incredibly patient and kind. They're patient care is great and the work itself they do is great. I had to do a deep cleaning and fillings and it was perfect. they have the sweetest man for the front desk, he called after each one of my visits to see how I was doing. which I appreciate so much, I'm not sure if it is normal for all their patients or because they could see how nervous I was about the procedures but regardless, it's wonderful. the dentist and the staff makes me not want to go to another dentist ever again.

Had a great experience with medidental. Went in with terrible tooth pain and needed a root canal and 2 wisdom teeth pulled. The staff is Kind and patient during the procedure guiding you through the process. Didn't feel any pain during procedure and crown came out great.

I had a dental emergency and was treated with urgency, respect, and professionalism. The dentist promised that I would feel no pain before or after, and to my surprise he was right. I'm now 24 hours past the procedure and I feel good as new... I've now recommended MediDental Care to the rest of my family, and will refer to friends as well.

I went to them for an emergency on Sunday. I made an appointment at midnight, and I received the confirmation as soon as they opened. People at the reception are very friendly and patient. Dr. Khaimov Iosif is very professional and made me feel very comfortable. I had a fast recovery after a wisdom tooth extraction. Great experience!! I highly recommend this dental office.
