I'm not one to leave reviews unless it's a positive one but I wanted to provide some honest feedback to improve the business. My main complaints/concerns were the wait time, poor customer service and bedside manner. During my visit I scheduled an appointment for 9am yet didn't exit the facility until about 12:45pm. The purpose of my appointment was a check-up and cleaning. The wait time for these services is incredibly inefficient. I had used some sick time from work with the intention I would be in and out within an hour or hour and a half. It's not ideal for a check up/cleaning appointment to affect my ability to return to work within a reasonable time frame. Second, the staff was overall friendly, however, it was clear to me the staff were inexperienced and very new to each of their roles (I talked with four separate staff members and the most tenured employee had only been working there for 4 months). While the employee's experience at this facility is not what specifically frustrated me, (I understand many business are facing the effects of the great resignation) but rather how the staff lacked basic customer service skills. For example, any time I interacted with a staff member (front desk, x-ray tech, or dental assistant) none of them had identified who they were (I.e name and job title) or provided me with clear instructions of the procedure/service they were providing. This is important for any public facing job but especially when working in healthcare. It's imperative to be clear with patients for both their comfort and as a safety measure. There were several instances where the status of my care was discussed not directly to me, but from staff member to another. The only instances when I received clear information about my care was when I asked direct questions to the staff members. This should NEVER happen. I hope this feedback is helpful and is taken into consideration for future patients.

The back staff and the dentist is amazing! Because I had to have help filling out my paperwork since I'm blind, they gave me someone that it was their 1st day on the job. That, in of itself, pushed my appointment back an hr and a half later (and I showed up 1/2 hr early). The receptionist (or whatever she is) was so rude and disrespectful, that she literally tried to refuse to have my casting done before I had my surgery done for my teeth being pulled, because I have to use an oral surgeon at a hospital! Now, they are holding my casting hostage, all because she won't call my insurance to get the approval (which would be approved, if she would have just called). I have tried several times to call them, but can't get them to talk to me or call me back, and the voice mail is full!

I started coming to this place July 2021 and regardless on what goes on in the front with the receptionist was not going to keep me from getting to experience the hospitality in the back as they took me to the back and after the dentist checked my teeth a dental plan was brought to me on price and procedures before Dr. Park started any work. On that visit only a deep cleaning was done the whole outcome of that procedure is what made me change from Mint to this place I didn't walk out of there with my gums sore or a taste of blood in my mouth also my mouth didn't feel like sand was in there like it used to with the other dentist I used too I had more procedure since then and I walk out of there with a very good feeling I highly recommend this place I have referred two people already so what the girls do upfront I hope it don't keep you from getting to know the good work and the good practice from back of the house to get the upfront better simply just let someone know again I am very happy with this place.

Dr. Park is an amazing orthodontist. I highy recommend him for ant dental care. I was very nervous coming in for my dental workup but he explained every single step in detail as what he was going to do and what was expected of me. That put me at ease and my procedure went very well. I can't say enough of good things about Dr. Park, very professional ,knowlegeable, kind and calm. Keep up the great work. The manager Claudia and her staff are one of a kind as well. Keep doing the amazing work !!

I literally sat in the lobby for 20 minutes, listening to the two receptionists argue. I had an appointment, as well as another lady who seemed to be annoyed by the incident as well. One of the receptionists finally left the building, and the other receptionist told us both, "sorry about that." I didn't realize I had to wait for the receptionists to enter my info after they were done arguing or whatever they were doing. Strong level of unprofessionalism.

I have been dealing with a dental nightmare for several years. This passed week I visited Medico this location. I was so overwhelmed by the kindness and professionalism I experienced. Being nervous due to past experiences, I was expecting a let down. Dr. Park is informative and thorough. You can tell he cares. Shawna was running the front. She is amazing and a jack of all trades! Very thorough! So was the doctors assistant! They deserve 5 stars for sure!
