New patient. Showed up on time, 15 mins early for appointment completed all paperwork. Left for over 30 minutes in the waiting room. Only seen after confronting the front desk. They were unapologetic and made excuses which essentially translated to them explaining that they are entitled to waste your time. The best part is they didn't even fix my tooth because they didn't have time. What a joke. This place is poorly managed, and pass their operational and time management failures onto their customer. I would never trust an establishment that feels So entitled to waste my valuable time. Don't bother with this place. Their incompetence in the front of the office is a massive red flag. They hold themselves to low standards of customer service and your teeth are too important to roll the dice with this sub standard, poorly managed practice.

Clean office and friendly staff. Lots of paperwork as a new patient but I'm glad they are thorough. I had been going to my previous dentist for 25 years but the drive was too long after relocating. I don't mind going to the dentist but understand many do. They were very clear about what they were going to do and what was needed of me. If you're looking for a new dentist, Media Dental Care is a good option. Note: They gave me a free flouide treatment in return for a review. That said, my review is a genuine representative of how I perceived this business

Would recommend media dental care 100%. From the front desk to back staff everyone was polite and knowledgeable. Pauline made my visit for a cleaning painless and Dr Theis was amazing. Media Dental Care, is just simply the best. I have been going here for 2 and half years now.. and these guys feel like family at this point. Scheduling an appt is always quick and easy! Ask for Abby when you call! She always does her best to make sure I am seen in a timely manner. Dr. Theis, and Dr. Goudreau always take the time to answer my questions, and ease any concerns I might have. Pauline is the shining star when it comes to hygiene visits! I always leave feeling like I have to prettiest cleanest smile! Whatever these guys are doing, is working!

I have been going through all on x treatment for 19 months due to my bone not being in great shape. These guys have been amazing every step of the way. Always encouraging and always there when I would lose hope! It took a village (the whole office) but I finally done with treatment and am overjoyed!!! These guys are the best!!

Where do I start, My husband had horrible issues with his teeth, bridges, missing teeth, infected teeth. We had gone to four other dentist to find the best one for our situation and then finally I found this office. We drive over an hour to get there and from the second we walked in its been nothing but the best! Everyone was welcoming and understanding of his situation the dentists themselves are so very knowledgeable and compassionate and what an awesome job they have done on his teeth. Words can not express how thankful I am for making the choice to go to Media Dental for his surgery. And a big shout out to all the wonderful ladies who work there. You can tell it is a great support team

This place is simply amazing. I have never experienced this caliber of professionalism and customer service. Alli, Nicole, Dr G, Emily are just a few of the ones I interacted with and ALL of them were phenomenal. They make me feel comfortable and like I was there only patient!!! I was so impressed that instead of waiting to get my implant later I decided to get it done next week. I can't say enough good things about this place. Far superceded my expectations. To whomever reads this, if you are looking into dental implants words can not express how much i wantt to tell you to vist media dental care. I went to four other dentists and two other one's that said they couldn't even do implants that i needed and none of them even come close to doing for what media dental care has done for me. My first Consultation with dr. Theis he was great at explaining to me about my Procedure and walked me through what i needed and made me feel very Confident in getting done what i needed. And Dr. Goudreau what can i say forball that i got done to my mouth no pain, just soreness. everyones feels pain different but if you ever had a Tooth ache, implants will be are a walk in the park compared to one. And the rest of the staff so friendly and positive. While waiting to see the dentist i was listening to the interactions of other patients and watching them as they were leaving with smiles on their faces. And again to ANYONE looking for implants you must vist them you will not be disappointed.
