Horrible customer service. I should of known the moment i step foot in the office and they made me wait 45 min after my actual appointment. I needed to get a root canal done, but they needed to sent the xray through my insurance. That i understood. 2-3 weeks went by. I called in to follow up, they stated the insurance haven't gotten back. after minutes of questioning, they soon realize the insurance did responded and it was like almost 2 weeks back and that they declined it. No call, no voicemail , whats so ever. when i ask what was the reason, they quickly responded "I dont know". So i asked can you call and find out why? This lady really just said no, YOU CAN CALL. this place already wasted enough of my time and the least they could of done is call me to let me know whats going on or least call back to my insurance and find out why the root canal was decline. I do not recommend this place. take the time and research other and better offices. .

My daughter went here for a root canal. Before the appt she was pretty apprehensive. Dr Oviedo-Marmo's manner was sympathetic and relaxed, just what my daughter needed. She performed the procedure, gently worked through a complication and never once upset her patient. She's a true professional! The whole procedure took about an hour and my daughter literally fell ASLEEP in the chair, she was that calm. Hands Down the best experience she's ever had with a dentist.

I mean I'm not a fan of a root canal as much as the next person but these people are awesome not only was it painless but they saw me WITHIN AN HOUR for an emergency visit when I called about severe tooth pain fixed it in under an hour also the people there are very sweet and understanding

It's a shame how they treat people on Medicaid, oh there is nothing we can do to help "sorry" unbelievable took off a day of work for nothing
