Had a issue that came up with a tooth causing great pain. There are no dentist in my area that takes my insurance. I called and asked if they could see me. I have to say the receptionist was extremely nice and the dentist was the best I've ever been to. The hygienist was very kind too. I highly recommend them.

Extremely rude dental assistants! The dentists are great but they usually only stick around for a few years. The manager is awful! I was told to change my attitude when they should change theirs! Do not go to the Medford Dental Clinic!! You will regret it!

My two sons had cleanings/fillings scheduled. It was by far the worst service they didn't even clean them they brushed the teeth with a regular tooth brush. My oldest went in for 4 cavity fillings, I was asked to wait in the lobby or car. I didn't feel welcome in the lobby area. My son texted me 30 minutes and no one saw him then another 90 minutes to get 1 filling. After I asked for dental prints and where he needed fillings. I was put down. I didn't see anything called the boys grandma who works at another clinic in Wisconsin rapids. We transfered all the documents. The boys went in last week and they had no cavities, pretty sure he never had any. Very rude and not trusting anyone in my family ever attending. Which I had new before going here.

My husband needed relief from a filling that fell out over 2 years ago and the area was giving him some issues. They were able to get him in to be seen. He was seen by Kim and Dr Sahyouni. He said he hasn't been to a dentist in years (decades) because they were always an awful experience. He said this was the best experience in his life! His face didn't hurt from people wrenching on him like in the past. AND, he is looking forward to his next appointment because it was such a great experience! He thanked both the assistant and the doctor for their expertise! I was impressed with the whole staff! Great to work with and discuss everything needed. Thank you Medford Dental for all you do for those who need the care!

My advice is find another dental clinic if you can. Just my personal experience here. Had work done on 11/15. Paid for the procedure before I left. Imagine my surprise when I started being billed for an additional amount a month later. Called and their explanation is they actually performed a different procedure than what I paid for so I owe more. What a great deal for them. Decide to charge more after the fact. I've never had this experience with another "professional" group in 66 years.

If you come here do whatever you have to to force them to put the apron on you during x Ray's. The dental tech refused to let me wear the apron. She said they aren't necessary and said it was a waste of time even if the patient is pregnant. In her opinion x Ray's are not dangerous and cannot cause any harm. I won't be coming back here. Any place that doesn't allow a lead apron during x Ray's is not concerned about patient health and safety. They also refused to get me in for a follow up after I got extreme pain and bleeding gums right after my visit there. The lady said it's common to have pain and bleeding after an appointment and to give it a few weeks. It never did go away.

I have only had a great experience. Treatment is explained in great detail and all of my questions were answered by the doctor. I was made aware of my dental insurance coverage and I feel that I was given the best options that fit my needs. It is a very clean and welcoming office. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. My grown kids came to visit from out of state and they were able to squeeze them in to the schedule. I will continue to go here for all of my dental needs.

Horrible experience...I've been cooperating with them for a year and not a darn thing has been done about my pain. Called three times about my referral to oral surgeon that has not gone through. I had to go to walk in for antibiotics that they would not prescribe during emergency appointment for infection. Only thing they have done is take x rays and one cleaning. I guess I will just be in pain forever since no where else takes badgercare that I can get to

I really like the conversations I have with Dr Swing. Great women who shows love while helping keep me free from the pain of my own failure to care for my teeth. Thank you Dr Swing.

Not really impressed with the handling of my procedures. The dentist is very short and sometime condescending. Have had one dental assistant in particular do an absolutely horrid job, ending up in multiple extra visits, which could have easily been avoided had she not been so rushed. Have already made at least a dozen trips here, 2+ hours roundtrip each time. If the waiting lists in my local area were not 12-18 months, I would certainly not go out of my way to come to this location.
