Dr. Lepore is a patent holder for a system to sterilize contaminated musical wind instruments and the founder of Maestro MD. Principle clarinetist and founder of Medford High School Alumni Band. Dr. Lepore enjoys playing the clarinet and saxophone, traveling and listening to music. He is the proud father of two daughters. His wife is a teacher in the Medford Public Schools.

Dr. Tien Do is a general dentist trained to provide the full range of dental care services and treat patients of all ages. He grew up in Amherst, Massachusetts and has lived in Massachusetts most of his life.

He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Neurobiology at Boston University and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, Magna Cum Laude , from the Henry M. Goldman School of Dentistry at Boston University as well.

Dr. Do was a recipient of multiple fellowships from Boston University as part of BUs Global Health Initiative to provide care to underserved communities in Thailand, Panama and Vietnam. Closer to home, Dr. Do has been providing care to homebound seniors in the Greater Boston area with the Boston Medical Centers Geriatric Health Department.

Dr. Do is focused on making connections with his patients and providing the highest level of care with compassion so his patients feel at ease. He keeps up-to-date with new developments in dentistry through his associations with the American Dental Association and Massachusetts Dental Society and his continuing education coursework.

Born and raised in Newark, Delaware, Dr. Joseph Dudlek first became introduced to dentistry while attending his high schools dental laboratory program. He immediately recognized an undeniable passion for the profession of dentistry. Dr. Dudlek graduated from Temple University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He continued on to earn his Masters in Biomedical Sciences from Barry University, ultimately graduating from his dream school Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.

Hailing from the great plains of Lincoln, Nebraska, Dr. Qu has enthusiastically set new roots in the greater Boston area to become one of the awesome doctors at Medford Dental Associates. He completed his undergraduate years at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee with a degree in molecular and cellular biology. He then made the move to the east coast where he attended Boston University where he received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine. At Boston University, Dr. Qu received his foundational training in digital dentistry, learning how to incorporate CAD/CAM technology into his everyday practice. It is also where he fell in love with the city of Boston.

Most recently, Dr. Qu completed his Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in a General Practice Residency at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where he learned to manage complicated treatment plans as well as special needs dentistry. Aside from general dentistry, Dr. Qu has received training in implant dentistry through Smile Systems and is experienced in both implant placement and implant restorations.

Dr. Dena Shuster was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. From a very young age, Dr. Shuster found a passion in understanding others feelings, growing deep connections with those around her, and helping others feel at ease. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Anthropology in 2012 from the University of Pennsylvania. She then completed the Postbaccalaureate Premed Program at the University of Southern California while simultaneously gaining experience in the healthcare field in both dental and medical settings.

Dr. Shuster went on to attend the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. While at Tufts, she was recognized on the Deans List, participated in various student groups and community service efforts, and served as a teaching assistant in didactic courses.

After graduation, Dr. Shuster then completed the NYU Langone Health Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at Fenway Health in Boston. During the program, she worked with a wide variety of patient populations practicing clinical and emergency dentist, gaining invaluable knowledge in treating medically complex patients and working with other members of the healthcare team.

Dr. Shuster finds dentistry as an opportunity to invest her compassion in patients while delivering comprehensive dental care. She strives to lessen dental anxiety as much as possible so that her patients enjoy their dental experiences.
