Ive even been able to share my skills and knowledge toa large audience through my appearances onABC4 and Good Things Utah, where Ive been able to explainnew procedures and techniques that can improve lives. Furthermore, Ive been a dental advisor to Healthy Utah magazine for years.
An area that has improved in dental needs is laser dentistry, with the introduction of different types of lasers, for dental treatment such as periodontal care and removal of carious lesions (decay). The laser cleans out the cavities with minimal tooth removal and the area is cleaned and sterilized and most of all anesthetic may not be necessary for these types of procedures. I also use lasers to perform gum sculpting and also for implant treatment which includes the preparation of the area for bone grafting. Another laser that is used very often is the decay-finding laser which utilizes fluorescent technology to detect and diagnose unseen and improbable tooth decay.
Manu Bennett was a guest host on Good Things Utah, and while there he met Dr. Meden, and learned about Dr. Medens approach to revitalizing smiles. After treatment, Manu called his work with Dr. Meden the best investment of my life.
Manu had a few issues with his teeth and mouth, such as missing teeth, a gap, a collapsed bite and remains of an archaic procedure. One challenge Dr. Meden had was that he had to make Manus smile look good from day one, as Manu was flying out immediately for a world premier of The Hobbit. Dr. Meden recognizes the need for quality temporary veneers.

Poor dental work that amounted to 30K - 40K a few years ago failed completely and needs to be re-done again, a good chunk of our retirement savings is gone. MR. MEDEN IS NOT RECOMMENDED. YOU WON'T BE HAPPY A FEW YEARS FROM NOW. My wife had dental work done by Mr Meden resulting in 2 bridges installed replacing her natural teeth. The 2 bridges started giving my wife lots of trouble for the past year or so. The bad decisions and low quality work by Mr Meden resulted in the bridges being removed recently after only a handful of years. Now we are up against paying lots of money again but this time we are going to a higher quality doctor that can explain the whole process and charges and can do a quality job. We would never go back to Mr Meden office.

I work professionally within the dental industry and had the option of 500+ dentists to choose from for my cosmetic work. After multiple consults to various offices, it was certain that Dr Meden was the most concise, concerned, and able to perform this type of work. I am beyond thrilled with the results of my veneers and would highly recommend Dr Meden to anyone.

One star is generous. I've had all of his crowns replaced in my mouth because they were done improperly. He charges a fortune for subpar work! He did chairside veneers on me and they lasted maybe 5 years and started chipping. I've had to replace them all with permanent veneers. Bad dentist, DO NOT SEE.

What a fantastic Organization! Dr Meden and his staff represent the highest level of customer service I have ever experienced. Their insight to oral health is comprehensive and professional, their answers are always clear and where necessary, detailed enough to make informed decisions. Beware! Dr. Menden recommended work that didn't need to be done. He told me every filling I have ever had was bad. All 16 had same issue yet was done at three different places. He also told me I needed a large amount of other work. After talking to my insurance company and seeking a second and third opinion, it turns out I was needing no work. Scam! I have spoken to several others that saw Dr. Menden and he gave them the same story. He even showed me all the decay under my fillings. Turns out those images were not real. SCAMMER!

Dr. Meden is one of the best dentists in Utah, period. He is a perfectionist and looks out for his patients best interest. He did my 10 veneers and cavities I had and let me tell you, it doesn't matter if he has to stay late or come in on a Saturday (which he did for me) he goes above and beyond for his clients. Not only that, but he's also a genuinely a good person. I had issues with other dentists I've had in the past as I felt they weren't A) knowledgeable enough in what I wanted B) they didn't have the correct "hand" in doing dental work. I know that sounds weird but if you're paranoid about your teeth getting messed up or care a lot about your smile you know what I mean. I have recommended Dr. Meden to many of my friends and family and the people that have visited him based on my recommendation have only good things to say about him too. Honestly don't even know how he could have any reviews lower than 5 stars lol.

I been there for veneers, and how Dr. Meden explained it takes 2 to 3 weeks to place veneers. Now it has been 6 weeks! My teeth have been drilled and I'm wearing these provisional veneers are not enough protection. I can't eat well and it has been so painful, this is the 2nd time he tried the permanent veneers and it looks Like the same issues in the teeth details we identified are still there, I don't know if he doesn't take the time to analyze and design the model of veneers or the lab is not good enough.I keep saying that I have a lot of pain and sensitivity but they won't do nothing about it, I asked why it's taking so long this process but they only say that the lab they work with is back up in orders. This is the 2nd time I ask off in my job and it's all for nothing. Im at the point that I can't wait any longer but I already paid almost $14,000 in advanced for ten veneers and been waiting forever. When I first came to this office I was told different before making the decision of picking this place. I would recommend to ask for prices and different quotes at a least two different doctor offices. Im not having a good experience here and I most recognize that I've made a very wrong decision on coming here.

Look. Everyone hates the dentist. And Walter is a bit, shall we say, fastidious?! But he's a perfectionist and his work is amazing. Hate to say I recommend a dentist - but Walter's our guy.

My boyfriend and I have both had a complete mouth restoration and couldn't be happier. The customer service is great, they made us both feel very comfortable. We both loved the sedation dentistry that they offer. I am very scared of the dentist so this was very nice to be able to just show up, go to sleep, and wake up with the work done. Dr Meden has a very good eye for detail and you can tell he takes great pride in his work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr Meden is amazing.. I wasn't feeling good about my teeth, my smile and so my self confidence was shot.. He gave me the most incredible smile and it looks so natural like they have always been my teeth.. He is so kind and caring and has taken care of all my kids teeth as well. Go see him! He is amazing!

Thank you Dr. Meden for making my experience at the Dental office very informative and helpful. I knew I had to have implants in the front of my mouth but I was always afraid to go ahead with the procedure. Dr. Meden had the patience to explain to me why I needed to do it which was not only cosmetic for cosmetic reasons. Today I was done with the procedure and I am very happy with the results. Thank you Dr. Meden for your exellent work.
