Dr. Dawn was so helpful and referred me to an amazing Dentist for an extraction and her assistant did such an amazing job of making me feel comfortable in the chair and getting the information they needed and the X-ray. The front desk ladies are so informational and very thorough about explaining insurance charges and etc. I highly recommend them for ALL your dental needs.

Scheduled an appointment a couple of months ago. Call in the day before to complete a covid screening over the phone to find out my appointment had been given to someone else because I did not call back in to the office fast enough. This is what I call an unknown rule this dental office holds because this was not a policy mentioned in the paperwork I completed prior to becoming a new patient with this office I delayed my trip to ID State for this appointment. I had tried to reschedule and was told I'd have to wait until April so I kept the appointment and put myself of the cancellation list in the hopes of getting in earlier. Did not happen. I call in today and find out the office gave my appointment away. I became very upset at this point and began to ask why when the office manager Carly hung up on me. I call back. Get Carly back and ask why she hung up on me? She said because I was yelling at her. I ask to speak to someone else and she will not allow me to speak to anyone else that I could only speak to her. I ask to speak to the owner of the dental office and was told the owners are the two dentist that work there. One on vacation. One in the office. She tells me she can talk to the owners and see what they say about my situation. At this point she refuses to schedule me a new appointment until she speaks with the owners. And because one owner is out for the holidays I may not even hear back from their office until next week. In the mean time I have no appointment scheduled. I feel if this is actual policy, which is it not at this time, it should be in the initial paperwork that one signs to become a patient. I also feel this office could've given me until the end of the day for me to call in as my appointment is not until 11/23 at 10:30. I have every right to be upset and I feel I should've been able to speak to someone above Carly. I was even told by Carly that I would not be welcomed in their office as I offered to come in and speak to someone above Carly. Based off that review I am asking that one of the two owners call me directly in regards to this situation as soon as possible. I was told by Carly that until she has spoken to the owners about my situation she will not reachedule my dental cleaning. Again, my appointment scheduled for tomorrow has already been given to someone else and now looking at April for a cleaning. P.S. I've also emailed the office as well asking that one of the two owners get in contact with me.

Everyone is so nice and friendly! All three of my appointments were quick and done before the estimated time. Connie is a great Dental Hygienist! Would recommend!

As someone new to the area who also happened to be dealing with my first cavities ever (in 23 years), I couldn't have been more impressed with Meadowdale. I felt so confident and comfortable during my 2 visits to get my cavities filled!! Riley was an exceptional member of their staff and made my experience that much better. I highly, highly recommend Meadowdale!!!

As someone new to the area who also happened to be dealing with my first cavities ever (in 23 years), I couldn't have been more impressed with Meadowdale. I went back in February 2019 Dr and Divano was an amazing dentist. She and her back office staff are so kind and they do their absolute best within your comfort zone. I had my front two crowns replaced because I was allergic to the metal of the old ones and because they wouldn't stay in. Her team was patient was the process was painful and had me come back a second time to complete the process instead of trying to do it that day with all the pain. They always have a smile to share! Pity I no longer live in the states. She was the best dentist I've seen. As for the front desk, when I went, the receptionist there was so kind. She was always willing to go the extra mile and explain things how she could, asking for help when needed. However, I called today and it was a different receptionist. I called asking to release my dental record and she had an attitude, saying it was against the law with out release form period. Then she said it was my new dentists fault because they didn't tell me to sign one yet (I haven't seen them yet). She was very short, not offering any other advise on the matter. I could hear her eyes rolling. I suggested they send one of their release forms to me so I could have the record emailed to myself and she still spoke to me with an attitude. I'm very aware of how medical records work and she could have been a little more kind a willing to think outside the box.. Other than the rudeness experienced today, exceptional dentist. Very kind and decently priced when there's out of pocket expenses. My teeth still look and feel great!

After going to Meadowdale Dental for close to 20 years I had to find another dentist office because I cancelled my 6 month check up due to being out of town for work. They couldn't get me back in until May 2019 then she asked me if I wanted to keep my original appointment? Otherwise great dentist office but don't try to change an appointment!

I have had some unusually traumatic experiences at a past dental office as well as some other people in my family so I have a decent amount of dental anxiety. Dr. Divano and her staff here are absolutely amazing though. From the front office staff to the back. Jill is an absolute joy to speak with, she is so sweet and nice and really on top of her game. Tony was my hygienist and he was fantastic, super friendly and took great care of me. My assistant has always been Riley and shes the absolute sweetest, shes also very good about checking in with me to see how I'm doing. And Dr. Divano, she is just wonderful. So friendly and great at what she does. At my first appointment she made sure to ask me what I typically dislike about the dentist so she was aware and could work around it. I went in for one treatment appointment and she was amazing, SO fast and professional. And usually when I leave the dentist I need my bite adjusted or have a lot of pain afterwards and I had no pain, the bite is perfect, she did a PERFECT job . My husband also has nothing but great things to say about the staff, he had Corinne as his hygienist and loved her as well and he can't stop saying how Dr. Divano is the first dentist he has had that he hasn't had pain after treatment. They have a long wait if you are trying to get established as a patient but they are worth it!!!

I have had some unusually traumatic experiences at a past dental office as well as some other people in my family so I have a decent amount of dental anxiety. Dr. Divano and her staff here are absolutely amazing though. From the front office staff to the back. Jill is an absolute joy to speak with, she is so sweet and nice and really on top of her game.
