Dr. Allison Caldwell is originally from Spartanburg, SC. She completed her undergraduate degree from Clemson University. She later attended the Medical University of South Carolina, where she graduated with a Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 2013. Dr. Caldwell has been practicing in the Greenville area since earning her dental degree and is now an active member of several dental organizations, including the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and South Carolina Dental Association.

Dr. Neely Carraway has been with our practice since July 2018. Like Dr. Caldwell, she is also a graduate of Clemson University. During her time there, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Psychology. She continued her education at The Dental College of Georgia in Augusta, where she completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in May of 2018. Dr. Carraway enriched her dental school experience by giving countless hours of volunteer services with numerous local organizations in the community and with international mission trips to Peru and Costa Rica, providing hands-on dental care to those in need.

Dr. Carraway is skilled and trained in all areas of dentistry and is passionate about patient care. She treats every patient with kindness and the utmost level of respect so they feel comfortable in her care. She works with patients of all ages and backgrounds and her personality, communication skills, and chairside manner will put any patient at ease. When shes not helping patients achieve a healthy and happy smile, Dr. Carraway enjoys cooking, traveling, riding bikes, exercising, spending time with friends and family, and last but not least, cheering on the Clemson Tigers. Dr. Carraway is excited to return to the Upstate and for the opportunity to use her skills and training to provide exceptional dental care in our office to its surrounding area residents!

Dr. James Ricke is from Jacksonville, Florida. Growing up, he always knew that he wanted to work in the healthcare field and have the ability to help people on a daily basis. After working in his brothers dental office one summer during college, Dr. Ricke fell in love with the dental profession and decided to pursue a career in dentistry. He moved to Greenville and completed his undergraduate degree at Furman University in 2017 before returning to Florida and earning his Doctorate of Dental Medicine at LECOM School of Dental Medicine in 2021.

During dental school, Dr. Ricke had the opportunity to take continuing education courses on occlusion, dental medications and their side effects, common oral diseases, methods to provide optimal care to pediatric and geriatric populations, and many other topics. He stays up-to-date on the advancements within the dental field by regularly taking continuing education courses to provide high-quality care for his patients every day.

Upon graduating, Dr. Ricke returned to the Carolinas and began practicing at a dental office in Highlands. He thoroughly enjoyed his time living in the Greenville-Spartanburg area in college, so he made the decision to return to the city, and he is so excited to be a part of the community again. Dr. Ricke loves staying active and enjoys golf, soccer, tennis, running, and biking in his free time, and he is currently training for a half-marathon. He is also an avid sports fan, and you can often find him rooting on the Florida State Seminoles, Jacksonville Jaguars, Orlando Magic, and Tampa Bay Rays.

We hope that you will join us in welcoming Dr. Ricke back to Spartanburg and to the Meadow Creek Family. He is excited to be practicing in a family dental practice, and he looks forward to establishing roots here, providing exceptional, personalized dental care, and building strong relationships with his patients now and for many years to come.

Brooke joined Meadow Creek in August 2018. Though new to the location, Brooke served as a front desk staff member at Wood Creek Dental of Landrum, our sister office, for nearly 4 years. Brooke graduated from USC-Upstate in December 2008 with a bachelors degree in early childhood education. After 5 years of teaching, she decided to follow her heart to dentistry. She obtained a certificate in dental assisting from Palmetto School of Career Development in January 2015.

Brooke is from Boiling Springs where she currently resides with her husband, Josh, and their 3 boys: Jacob, Cam, and Kase. She enjoys Clemson and Panther football, baseball, and traveling. Brooke is excited to be part of the Meadow Creek Team to build positive interpersonal relationships with patients and to assist in providing the best care she can!

Dee joined Meadow Creek in June 2019. Dee resides in Pacolet, SC with her husband, Chris. Dee and Chris have three adult children, Dylan (25), Devin (21) and Emily (19), and two grandbabies (Kaine and Hudson) whom they both enjoy spoiling. Family is everything to them. In her spare time, Dee enjoys cheering on her Gamecocks. She is excited to work with Meadow Creek and watch the practice grow. She truly enjoys working with the staff and helping people. For her, its not just a job, its something that she loves.

We welcomed Tabitha onto our team in December 2017. She attended Greenville Technical College and Enoree Career Center prior to her time here. She loves working at Meadow Creek because the people are wonderful and its a great atmosphere. Tabitha resides in Travelers Rest, SC and enjoys spending time with her family. Tabitha married her husband Grant in April of 2000 and has a son, Hunter.

Brittani is a native of the small town of Landrum, South Carolina. She started dental hygiene in 2013. She loves building a rapport with her patients and being an advocate for their oral health. Brittani has been married to her husband Adam since 2010 and together, they have a beautiful 3-year-old little girl. Brittani enjoys camping with her family and cheering on the Clemson Tigers.

Staci is a native of South Carolinaoriginally from Florenceand attended Clemson University. She joined the Meadow Creek team in January 2017 and loves getting to know the patients that come into the practice. She makes it her goal to develop a relationship with everyone who enters our doors. Staci has been married to her love, Kenzie, for 25 years. They have two very handsome sons, Jack who has recently graduated from Mississippi State and Sam who is in the Air Force. They love fall, college football, reading, camping, hiking, napping, and spending time with their newest addition, Woody (yellow lab).

Stephanie was born and raised in Kansas. She currently resides in Inman with her husband Blake and daughter Alexa. Stephanie graduated the dental hygiene program in 2013. In her spare time, she enjoys watching her daughter play volleyball, Clemson football games, traveling and spending time with her dog and cat.

Daisy is originally from New York. Her parents are from Puerto Rico, and she is fluent in Spanish. She loves having the ability to connect with her Spanish-speaking patients. Nothing makes her happier than seeing doctors transforming a smile and impacting a persons life to help them smile again. She made the move down south when she got married to her husband, Edwin, in 2007. They have two boys Trey and Dj and their Fur-baby a miniature schnauzer Aston Martin. Outside of work Daisy loves to cook Spanish foods. She cant wait to greet you!

Julia is an Inman native and graduated from Chapman High School in 2015. In 2019, she graduated from SCC with a Dental Assisting Certificate. She loves being part of an amazing team and getting to know the patients and being able to help them feel confident in their smiles!

Meredith graduated from SCC in 2016 from the Dental Assisting program. She lives in Inman with her husband, Chris, and daughter, Cora Jane. In her free time, Meredith enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends and exploring new places. Meredith entered the dental field to help the community achieve a healthy and confident smile.

Maddie was born and raised in Burlington, North Carolina. She earned her associates degree in Biology and received her Dental Assisting Certificate in 2014. She worked in a general dental practice and taught dental assisting in North Carolina until 2017. She later married a South Carolina man and moved to the Upstate in 2017. She and her husband have four mini Australian Shepherds they consider their fur babies! Maddie joined Meadow Creek in September 2019. She loves getting to know the patients and building a family relationship with them. Here, her desire is for you to love coming to see us and consider us your dental home!

Tonya lives in Inman with her husband of 22 years, Ryan, and son, Devan. They have two other children Chris and Abby. She graduated with a Dental Assisting Certificate from SCC in 2014 but has been in the dental field for over 25 years. Tonya enjoys spending time with family, friends, her first grandchild, Cora, and her 3 dogs. She loves the beach in Charleston and the Mountains in North Carolina. Tonya loves the dental field because it allows her to build relationships with patients and see confidence come alive in their smiles.

Meadow Creek Family Dentistry utilizes digital X-ray technology to make taking X-rays more efficient and more accurate. They also expose patients and dental professionals to less radiation. Our team also uses panoramic X-rays that show a full view of a patients mouth all in one shot, providing a complete picture of the teeth, gums, and jaw. Our intraoral cameras also allow us to get a close look at individual teeth, take pictures, and make digital impressions- no messy putty required! We also employ soft tissue lasers for things like root canals, periodontitis, and preparing teeth for dental restorations.
