Dr. Jennifer Meader has dedicated her professional life to helping people of all ages to achieve smiles that last a lifetime. And that means that not only do their smiles look great, but their teeth and jaws also work well together.
As a parent of teenagers, Dr. Meader appreciates the importance of good dental and orthodontic care (her husband, Paul, practices general dentistry in Mukilteo, Washington). Her greatest joy comes from being a mommy. Dr. Meader says Before the day my daughter was born, my life was about me and what I wanted the world to give me. Since the birth of my first child, my life has been about what I can give to someone else. And that, I think, is why I have the best profession in the world.
Dr. Meaders journey as an orthodontist started in Eastern Kentucky, where she graduated as her high schools Valedictorian. Following undergraduate studies at Lexingtons University of Kentucky, she continued her education at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry where she earned her Doctorate of Medical Dentistry. Following an additional three-year orthodontic residency at Morgantowns West Virginia University, she earned her Masters in Science while receiving her certificate as a specialist in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics in 1993.
Dr. Meader enjoys living in the Puget Sound area and being involved in sponsoring local baseball and softball teams, along with other local organizations, for the past 20 years. When not crafting great smiles, she loves spending time with her husband and their two children, Olivia and Phillip. She also enjoys tennis, cross-country skiing, and watching University of Kentucky basketball.

Every single time I bring my daughter here for an appointment it always takes 1 hour +, and they don't even do the procedure/fix that was scheduled. Maybe the orthodontist does ok work, but the disorganization, the always "running behind" and clearly the staff does not know how to work together to be efficient and do things, makes this a horrible place to get your braces. Avoid this place. You will never be seen in a timely manner nor be done in a timely manner. In fact, you won't even get done what you needed at that visit...

DR.Meader has been amazing and understanding to my son's situation. She has done a great job with his braces. The office personnel are very friendly and always on time. In fact, every time an upcoming appointment is going to be long, the secretary calls me to let me know to anticipate a long appointment. I appreciate this office highly and would recommend Dr. Meader to many.

My experience with Dr. Meader has been amazing from start to finish. I now have the smile I have always wanted and I love to show off my smile. Dr. Meader shows that she personally cares. I had a very positive experience with all the team members at Meader Orthodontics and recommend this practice.

I would recommend Dr. Meader and her whole team. I was nervous going in at first but was made to feel very welcome. The cost for my Invisalign was very reasonable. My smile turned out so great, I brought my children in. I have total confidence in Dr. Meader and I recommend her to everyone! You can't go wrong with Dr. Meader.

Dr Meader and her team are awesome! My daughter was seen by her and now her smile is contagious! She barely smiled prior to getting braces but now she can't stop smiling :) if you live in the Lynwood area don't look any further, she's the best!!
