Literally horrible...why would you called to confirm my appointment before making the hour long drive to Athens they literally waited 30 mins before my appointment to call & cancel, claims they were "overbooked" I've been in excruciating pain for a month now waiting on this appointment & the front desk assistant said was "well what do you want me to do about that" if I suffer any medical issues from my tooth I will be suing.

It was my first time seeing a dentist after years and I was very happy with how my appointment went. The front desk staff and nurses were very welcoming and kind. The dentist and nurses answered all my questions fully and addressed the next steps to take. They went out of their way to see if my next appointment could be scheduled any sooner. I would recommend them to a friend. One down side was I showed up 15 minutes early to my appointment which seemed to be their lunch break and the front door was locked. Other than that. The office was clean, staff was helpful, and treatment was explained to me.

The service and courtesy of the staff is amazing. The nurses and Drs make u feel very welcomed and feel like your part of the family great spirits and people sharing joy.. I would highly recommend them to anyone .. especially those who have a fear of dental procedures... It has been the best dental staff I have had the pleasure of dealing with...Thank you so much Dr Kim Fowler and your nurse staff for everything..

Awful. My appointment was made for 8am and I get there and she said they moved it to 8:30. No one thought to tell me this beforehand? The two text reminders I got said 8 am. Then, I get into the chair and the dentist asks why I'm there. It's not in the form? The receptionist filled it out when we were on the phone. I said teeth cleaning and she said that I was booked for a consultation. No. I just left without getting anything done because it was getting too late at this point and I had to be at work. They asked if I wanted to reschedule and I said no. I'll be going elsewhere. Do better you guys.

I got a very bad experience in McRae Dental-Trail Creek. I had an appointment with my kids. But they told me that they don't have an appointment for my kids at their place. But I got a confirmation text about the appointment. Also, the front staff was not friendly at all. I don't like this place.

You should never leave an establishment without a smile on your face, especially a dentist. Visited 3 times and each time left feeling worse or just as bad as when I entered. First visit was because I had a bad tooth causing pain and wanted it removed and was told it could be done. Show up, they check my teeth, dentist feels it would be more appropriate to save the tooth. I disagree and still want it removed, but apparently you don't get what you order so I pay 100+ dollars because I don't have dental leaving insulted and no where closer. Second time was for the same tooth, waited a while and returned to a different dentist that was willing to remove it. Something about the actual surgeons aren't very pleasant and don't leave you feeling confident or resolved while communicating with them (thier way or highway type feel). However 300+ bucks later my pain is gone and I can get back to the grind. Because I can't charge people 100 bucks to tell them no i can't do what you want when they get there. 3rd time I show up after scheduling another tooth removal I'm told no, they want to save the tooth (another visit) and referred elsewhere.. after another 106 buck charge for 5 minute conversation being essentially told no I can't do what you want. I'm still in pain and more in shock a dr didn't want to do thier job and get paid. I work 7 days a week and dealing with them has cost me more time and money for 1 tooth removed thus far and I just don't get how they are in business. Like I said I feel bad for just going there. Unpleasant everytime (not the younger staff.)
