Called on November 18th to schedule an appointment as a new patient. I spoke to Margaret on the phone and she schedule me for a cleaning on 12/7 at 1:00pm, she sent me over the new patient packet via email. I filled out and sent back same day. I walk in the day of my appointment and the receptionist tells me that there is no appointment scheduled and Margret isn't here today so I'm out of luck. Let's just say I won't be a new patient of this practice and will take my business elsewhere.

Dr McQuitty and staff somehow, miraculously made the fact that I was getting 5 crowns in 4 days as pleasant (and successful) an experience as it could possibly have been. I felt totally respected, taken care of and moved through the process from the person who booked the appointments to the assistants and technicians through Dr. McQuitty. Personable and professional. State-of-the-art. 5 stars in every way. Thank you all.

I have seen Dr. McQuitty 3 times during COVID, the staff is quite experience in following appropriate protocol for safety, everyone working there is currently vaccinated, I felt very safe. The work that has been done has been painless, even receiving several shots of anesthetic, carefully explained and followed through. They have top notch technology which means that they have their own lab and my bridge was removed and crown created within 3 hours. I am quite pleased.

Dr McQuitty is very gentle, which is super important to me. I barely felt anything and my filling took 15 minutes, Hurray! His assistants are all great too!! So happy to have found a great dentist!

Over the past 60+ years I have used 6 different dentists. All of whom have been quite good. However, I can say without qualification that the care & treatment I experience with Dr. McQuitty has been exceptional & by far the best. My latest visit, in which I had a crown replaced & a cavity filled, was accomplished without discomfort or anxious moments. He is a very qualified individual & has surrounded himself with an equally qualified staff.
