Dr McPherson was born and raised in Wyoming. He graduated from Kemmerer High School, and completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Wyoming. After attending the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry, he worked in Roseburg, Oregon, for three years. His family moved back to Laramie in 2004. He and his wife have two daughters. Dr McPherson enjoys family adventures, hunting, fishing, and most anything outdoors.
Tanna is a Wyoming native who has over 20 years experience as a dental hygienist. She enjoys cooking, traveling, many outdoor activities, and spending time with her husband, daughters and friends. Tanna thoroughly enjoys all the relationships shes made with her patients over the years.
Denise is a 1996 graduate from the University of Nebraska Medical Centers College of Dentistry with a bachelors degree in dental hygiene. She and her husband moved to Laramie in 1996. They enjoy hiking, biking, skiing and gardening.
Dawn was born and raised in Laramie. She has been with Dr. McPherson for over 17 years, and she says that he is great to work with. She has respect for all her co-workers. She has 4 beautiful children and a husband that she loves very much. Her hobbies are gambling and going to garage sales.
She is married and blessed with two step kiddos, Miriel and Charlie. She also has two fur babies. Ryder is her golden retriever and Mustard is the kids shepard mix. As a family, they spend a lot of time outside. Whether its camping, snowshoeing, fishing, paddleboarding, hiking, or reading a book up in the mountains, they try to enjoy this beautiful area as much as possible.
Tara moved to Laramie in 2017 with her three children Adrian, Michael, and Nevaeh. She loves it here because of the many opportunities for outdoor activities and especially her personal favorite, mountain biking. She started working for Dr. McPherson as a dental assistant this year and is so happy that she was blessed with the opportunity to join this amazing team!
I am so glad I found Dr. McPherson from Dawn at the front end, to Mallory (assistant ), to himself its easy and comfortable to go in. I havent met the other team but Ive heard them talking to others and they seem as awesome

We make sure that we have the latest in the equipment that matters to our patients. Our digital impression computer has allowed us to stop doing manual impressions. (remember the mouthful of impression material?) Through digital radiography, we are able to get the full picture in less time. We use equipment that allows for better fitting, longer lasting dental work. We always purchase with patient comfort in mind as well.
Decorated with pictures from all the most beautiful places in Wyoming, and of the wild game that occupies those places, our office is pure Laramie Wyoming. We love it here and it shows in our decor. I have known Dr. John from before he was a dentist. Dr John and his staff take expert care of me. He has saved my teeth and they will last me a lifetime. Can't say enough about his expertise!

First time visiting a dentist in awhile since I don't have dental insurance. Dr. McPherson was super knowledge, gave really good advice and the visit was affordable. Super high quality!!!

My dentist office is closed for our dentist's maternity leave, until January, and Dr McPherson so graciously took me in on her behalf to help with a minor emergency. The staff was courteous and kind. Excellent experience. Nice to see such amazing teamwork between offices!

My new patient appointment went great! The staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish. Dr McPherson was thorough and listened to my concerns. I can't think of a thing they could have done better. 5 STARS all around. I am so glad I found him!

I'm not afraid of dentists but I'm sure if you are this office will help you to becoming comfortable

My hygienist, Tana, is wonderful. She does an amazing job keeping my teeth clean and is as gentle as possible. Something I really appreciate, especially with my teeth being extra sensitive. Dr. McPherson is a great dentist, highly recommend the whole office.

Ditched my last dentist, interviewed every dentist in Laramie, chose McPherson and glad I did. Impressed by the service, knowledge, and humanity of the staff. Found out later that my girlfriend and friends go here too!

Dr. McPherson is a master craftsman. He does great work besides being gentle, efficient and kind. Everyone else, hygienists and staff, contribute to the positive experience. I hate to go to the dentist and don't mind going here at all.
