There she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and was selected for academic and clinical excellence to be a member of Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontic Honor Society and the University of Maryland Odontological Honorary Society. As an undergraduate, she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Neurobiology and Physiology from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Dr. McOmber completed her post-graduate studies at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch, New Jersey. At the conclusion of this program, she was the recipient of the Betty Weinstein Memorial Award for Excellence in Research.
She is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, American Association of Implant Dentistry, New Jersey Dental Association, and Monmouth-Ocean County Dental Society. Dr. McOmber currently serves as an attending dentist at Monmouth Medical Center where she instructs residents on a monthly basis. She donates her time at the Parker Clinic in Red Bank, NJ where she provides dental treatment to underprivileged children.
Dr. McOmber enjoys all aspects of dentistry, with a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry and pediatric dentistry. She resides in Red Bank with her husband Armen McOmber, an attorney practicing in Red Bank and her two children.
Marie has been in the dental field for almost 30 years. Her extensive knowledge of dental insurance will assure that you will maximize your benefits at every visit. Marie takes pride in thoroughly explaining financial responsibilities to each and every patient. She is the proud mom of two amazing boys. Marie studied at Monmouth County Vocational School for dental assisting and Brookdale Community College. She currently resides in Manchester, NJ and enjoys time with family and on the beach.
Rosemarie graduated from the Dental Hygiene Program at Middlesex County College with an Associates Degree in Applied Science. She has been a Hygienist with our practice for over 25 years. Rosemarie enjoys being able to form relationships with our patients and like family truly looks forward to seeing them again. Her experience, thorough care, and gentle touch will assure you a lifetime of healthy teeth and gums with an awesome smile!
Lorraine graduated from the Dental Hygiene Program at Burlington County College with an Associates Degree in Applied Science. She enjoys getting to know her patients on a personal level while providing gentle care. She resides in Point Pleasant with her four children and enjoys spending time with her family, especially at the Jersey Shore!
Kathi has been part of the practice for over 5 years. Her attention to detail assures that all our instruments are properly maintained and autoclaved. She follows the strictest guidelines to optimize office cleanliness and sterility.
Wendy Baron is a 30 year veteran of the dental industry at the Jersey Shore. Right out of dental assistant school, she worked for 25 years with a local dentist. Wendy is best known for her kind, caring demeanor and loves working with her patients. Wendy and her husband Mike have been married for 28 years, and have two wonderful children.

By far the best dentist i ever had in my life, the office staff is amazing and Dr McComber deserves any awards out there. I had horrible anxiety with dentists from my child hood but now as an adult her and the team make me very comfortable and relaxed. Knowing she stops every so often to ask if i'm ok, and makes sure what they can do to make me more comfortable is why i'm telling my entire family about them. The dentist isn't even covered under my insurance which should tell you how much i love this office.

I picked this office because of its close proximity to my home, It was alittle hard to locate, kind of hidden in the back off the road well traveled, The office was neat and clean, TV was offered in the waiting room, Waiting time was 5-10 minutes, The staff was friendly, polite, they explained the process and procedures related to my treatment, It was two visits (painfree) and I was completely satisfied with the work that was done, I would highly recommend this office to anyone needing dental work done, sincerely Nelson Williams

I must say, this office is very professional, clean and they are the friendliest!! From the front desk to the entire staff including Dr. McOmber. They even their references for orthodontists and oral surgeons were so very impressive. I've used their recommendations and I was so very happy with them. I would highly recommend this Dental practice.

My family has been going to McOmber Dental in Howell NJ for many years. They are knowledgeable, skilled, and caring. It is part of their approach to listen to questions and keep you aware of what is happening. They try to make you comfortable at a time when most of us are not.

I'd like to give a shout out to the best Dentist... Dr. McComber spotted a small growth on my uvula last visit. Do to family history I went and saw an ENT specialist. Dr Chui removed the Uvula, and we got the test back this morning. It was a tumor: BENIGN, no cancer! Thank You Dr. McComber!!!

The friendliest staff I have encountered. They make you feel extremely comfortable. Dr. McOmber is very knowledgeable and explains work to be done in detail, and eases all anxiety. Even though they are out of network and travel over 30mins to the practice it's a pleasure getting my dental care here. My only regret is not knowing of them sooner.

The office staff got me immediately. The women I spoke with on the phone could hear I was in pain. The Dr and the staff were so helpful, professional and the office was clean. Really went out of their way to get me in and take care of my issue. Then went above and beyond to make a plan for me and get it done. I have a new dentist it's Dr. McOmber.

This is a fantastic practice of caring professionals who truly want the best outcome for every patient. I typically hate dental work and avoid it which has caused major problems.
