Digital X-rays emit up to 90% less radiation than traditional X-rays. Thanks to smooth digital sensors, there is no need for sharp X-ray film or lengthy chemical processing. Another perk to digital X-rays is that your images are immediately available to view on our computer screens. This allows both you and our team to quickly and easily assess your images and catch any issues that may otherwise be overlooked with a naked eye.
Intraoral cameras allow us to take pictures of the inside of your mouth and show you incredibly clear images of your teeth and gums. This helps us identify potential problems, and also gives patients a better understanding of their diagnosis and treatment plan. Patient education is extremely important to us as it allows you to take control of your oral health in between visits to our office.
We use a minimally invasive soft tissue laser in a wide variety of dental treatments. Lasers eliminate the need for scalpels and sutures, often minimizing pain and improving recovery times. Soft tissues lasers are most often used in deep cleanings for periodontal patients, root canal therapy, and gum surgery.

Dr. Brian McNeely, DDS, was born in China Grove, NC, a small town he is proud to call home. He graduated from East Carolina University, magna cum laude, with a degree in chemistry. He then went on to dental school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He completed his Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC.
Dr. McNeely founded his practice on the philosophy of providing quality, compassionate dental care for the entire family. He aims to give his patients the very best treatment in a caring and gentle environment. Excellent customer service with small-town values are the focus of McNeely Family Dentistry.
In an effort to stay up-to-date on the latest technology, Dr. McNeely attends numerous continuing education courses every year. He is a certified provider of Invisalign and oral sedation. Dr. McNeely is also a member of a number of professional organizations, including the American Dental Association and the North Carolina Dental Society.
In his free time, Dr. McNeely enjoys spending time with this wife, Julianna, and their children, Annabelle and Jackson. He also loves golfing, fishing, hiking, hunting, and generally staying active outdoors. He is happy to be practicing dentistry in Harrisburg, so close to his family and hometown of China Grove.
Dr. Justin Mallette was born in Greenville, NC and raised a military brat moving up and down the eastern seaboard as well as several locations overseas. He graduated Cum Laude from George Mason University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dr. Mallette then received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in Richmond, Virginia. Dr. Mallette left Virginia after dental school to pursue a General Practice Residency (GPR) at Mountain Area Health Education Center in Asheville.
While completing his GPR, he had extensive training in all aspects of general dentistry, including simple and surgical extractions, implant placement and restoration, anterior and molar root canals, crowns and bridges, and complete and partial dentures. While in his residency, Dr. Mallette treated patients in the dental clinic and operating room. He was also on call at an emergency department treating dental trauma.
Following his residency, Dr. Mallette worked as an associate dentist at a practice in Asheville, where he gained significant experience in removable prosthodontics (dentures and partials) and implant placement for the edentulous patient.
Dr. Mallette has a passion for restoring his patients smiles, allowing their teeth to be fully functional, and giving them the confidence to smile. He strives to make his patients as comfortable as possible during their first exam and throughout their treatment. He is an active member of the American Dental Association and the North Carolina Dental Society.
Dr. Brooke Dolin was born and raised right outside of Charleston, WV. Her passion for dentistry began while studying abroad in Brazil. She witnessed how dentistry can change someones life and felt inspired to pursue that opportunity.
She received both her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology and Doctor of Dental Surgery from West Virginia University. In her final year of dental school, she received a scholarship for exemplifying compassion and excellence in patient care. This speaks volumes about the kind of dentist she is today, always putting her patients needs first.
Upon graduating, Dr. Dolin moved to Charlotte to be closer to family and previously worked in a private dental practice in Salisbury, NC. Shes a member of the American Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Kyle Viloria was born and raised in Virginia Beach, VA.He chose dentistry after shadowing his own dentist where he witnessed the powerful impact it had on improving a persons smile, oral health and restoring their confidence.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA and Doctor of Dental Medicine from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. Afterward, he completed a General Practice Residency from Vidant Medical Center/East Carolina University in Greenville, NC and a Fellowship at the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Dr. Viloria is passionate about helping patients receive high-quality dentistry that improves not just their appearance and health but their quality of life and happiness. Hes helped those less fortunate on numerous occasions, including Mission of Mercy in Pennsylvania and North Carolina, the American Dental Associations Give Kids A Smile, and a dental mission trip to Jamaica.
Dr. Viloria is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Society, North Carolina Dental Society, and International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Outside of the office, Dr. Viloria and his family like trying new food and restaurants. He loves anything chocolate! He also enjoys watching football and basketball and playing tennis, basketball, video games, and the ukulele now and then.
