Told the receptionist that I'm being referred from my dentist for implants. She said nothing to me. It was awkward - I was like can I come in? She was very rude. I'll take my business somewhere that there is just a little more kindness.

Dr laudano is amazing and I would highly recommend. It's been 10 years since I've been to the dentist until I had a decayed tooth that was causing a great deal of pain. I was referred here after an exam and I was very nervous. I felt no pain and the doctor was even making me laugh at points during the operation. It actually has me excited to get more work done. Both assistant nurses were amazing as well. I wanted to give laudano a high five after my extraction lol 10 stars!

I was so nervous to have a procedure done yesterday and let me tell you the team here was so comforting and understanding! Julie in the back thank you for holding my hand and talking to me the whole time and Dr you rock! Thank you again

The staff was professional and friendly. They answered all my questions and made me feel at ease about the whole process. It was my first time having oral surgery, and the experience overall went great.

I call West Springfield office to reschedule appointment the receptionist was very rude, talked over me, didn't let me explain anything and then hung up on me. I had to call back the minute I told her who am I she hung up again. Very unprofessional

Most incredible surgeon I've ever been to. Name has been changed to reserve my identity but I had 6 implants done. No pain during or after. Absolutely gentle. He's amazing.

Dr. Sudol was AMAZING. He treated me with immense dignity,respect and care. I was very scared and in lots of pain, and he truly took care of me. He helped me relax, made me laugh, was informative, helpful, and compassionate. His efficiency is incredible! He had 2 teeth out in 10 minutes. I would recommend him to anyone! Great man .

I had a very good experience with Dr. Robert Weinstock at McNally Brothers on 275 Bicentennial Highway in Springfield. He is very professional, has an excellent attitude and does very good work. I was so afraid to get my wisdom tooth out. This practice is amazingly kind and efficient. My Dr (Anthony) was really great! He had it out in about 30 seconds. He was very caring and attentive. The star of the show was his Assistant though. Her name is Tiffany. She was so caring, so sweet, and made me feel right at home. This whole experience went smoothly, I was super anxious, but they made me feel at ease and that they really cared about me as a patient.

Dr. Laudano and his assistant are wonderful humans! I've been dealing with symptoms of TMJ for over a year now, and his office was kind, professional and excellent at listening to my huge history with this horrible pain. I would highly recommend this office for dental care. Top notch! :)

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! Dr. Weinstock and the rest of the staff are amazing. Had to get 2 teeth extracted and I had such a bad phobia of the whole ordeal. Dr. Weinstock put me at such ease and answered all questions and concerns with great detail. I was sedated for the whole procedure and don't remember a thing! Now 24+ hours later I am doing great! Will recommend this office to everyone I know. I will not hesitate to have oral surgery here if needed in the future. Thank you guys!
