Dr. Spatz grew up in Mt. Lebanon and graduated from Mt. Lebanon High School in 1990. He attended Tufts University in Boston and the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, graduating in 1998. He completed his General Practice Residency at Forum Health System/Northside Hospital in Youngstown, OH, and has practiced in Washington, PA and Pittsburgh, PA since 2002. Dr. Spatz and his wife Helena have three sons Danny, Zack and Benny, who keep him busy coaching their baseball teams, being active in Indian Guides, and seeing as many movies, Pirates games and Steelers games as they can together.
Despite her youthful appearance, Angie has worked in the dental field for over 35 years. Her wisdom and experience have helped her to become one of the most knowledgeable and capable dental practice professionals in our area. She is always happy to help our patients with anything they need in our office. Angie and her son Roman live in Canonsburg and are regular participants at the Washington County Fair, where they proudly show and perform with their favorite animals.
Leslie certainly shares Angie's youthful appearance, and she too has worked in the dental field for over 35 years. She is one of the most knowledgeable and accomplished dental assistants in the South Hills. In addition to her technical excellence Leslie's greatest gift might be her unique ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease in our office. She never fails to bring smiles to our faces and a good laugh every day. Leslie and her husband Steve live in Canonsburg and share a wide appreciation for all kinds of music. Steve is partial to Polkas and doo-wop (a great combination) and Leslie's favorite is classic rock, which you are likely to hear in our office on many occasions.
Heather Studied dental hygiene at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and received her baccalaureate of Science degree from West Virginia University. This is her twenty-eighth year practicing as a dental hygienist, of which the last twenty-two years have been with our practice. Heather lives in McMurray with her husband Paul. They have two grown children and currently find themselves adjusting to life after kids. Their chocolate lab, Deuce, enjoys the extra attention.

I've been coming to this dentist for 20+ years before it became McMurray Family Dental. I always look forward to coming here for the twice year cleaning or anything needed for the teeth. The staff is always very friendly and makes you feel more than just another patient. The atmosphere is very professional as well with an updated office suite and going digital with patient records. Nothing but good things to say about this dentist and would recommend anyone to come here for their dental needs.

Amazing Dentist. The doctor and staff are so kind and caring. I had an emergency and they got me in the same day!!!! They treated me so kindly and gave me all my options. I LOVE that I can get my implants and all my other dental work at one office where the dentist cares and knows me. The helped me figure out all my costs and insurance and have been wonderful! I will never go to another dentist. Dr. Spatz is the best!!!

I went in to have a chipped tooth mended. They applied something to it but it didn't help. My molar is still sensitive to cold food.

Great dentist and staff. Had a slight emergency and took me in immediately. They really care about your wellbeing and are always kind and caring. Highly recommend A++++
