Dr. Jeff McMillin is a native of Sullivan County and has been a practicing dentist in Bristol since 1981. After graduating with honors from the University of Tennessee Knoxville in 1978, he acquired his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Tennessee Memphis in 1981. Dr. McMillin has served as the President of the First District Dental Society of Tennessee for the 2017-2018 year.
Dr. McMillin married his wife, Debbie, in 1978. They have been active members of the Bristol community. The community is a part of their family, and Dr. McMillin 's volunteer work at the area free clinic 'Healing Hands,' coaching of youth sports, and Debbie 's eight years of service on the city school board are ways of giving back. Family is important to Dr. McMillin, which extends into his practice philosophy, and he recognizes that success comes with treating his patients like family.
Dr. McMillin is very proud of his family, which includes his children Sara and Bart. Sara is married to Rett Stocstill, and they have a son Colton, who was born in 2011. Bart is married to the former Ms. Amber Godsey, and they have a daughter named Livy, who was born in July 2020. Both of Dr. McMillin's children continue to live in Bristol with their families.
As an avid outdoorsman, he served on the Tennessee Wildlife Fish and Game Commission from 2009-2017. He was the acting Chairman of the Commission in 2013-2014. His personal interests consist of hunting, fishing, snow skiing, officiating high school football, and spending time with his family.
Dr. C. Dylan Christian is a native of Church Hill, TN, and a graduate of Volunteer High School (2005-2009). He attended Carson Newman College (2009-2013), where he played baseball and graduated with a B.S. in Biochemistry. A year later, he began his dental career at The University of Tennessee College of Dentistry (2014-2018). He joined the practice of Dr. Jeff McMillin during the summer of 2018. He volunteers at Healing Hands Health Center in Bristol, TN. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Tennessee Dental Association, and the First District Dental Society.
Dr. Christian is married to Dr. Ariel M. Christian (PharmD). They enjoy horseback riding, hiking, CrossFit, and skiing. They are members of Higher Ground Baptist Church in Kingsport, TN. They both look forward to becoming active in the Bristol community to help give back to this great area.

Phil Dingus...... I have been dealing with two failed crowns for over two years. #s 7&10 had fallen off and could not be replaced or recemented. Other dentists wanted to pull healthy wisdom teeth before fixing my smile. I. Want. My. Smile. Back!!!!! My smile is my identity. Dr Christian's highest priority was to restore my smile. We determined implants to be fiscally unfeasible bc Medicare will not cover the $10,000+ cost.(yeah, for two individual teeth) After an impression, I was fitted w a temporary retainer to hold the crowns into place while my "permanent partial" (great oxymoron, lol) is made. They were nice, understanding and glad to fulfill my wishes for smile restoration. I wholeheartedly recommend these professionals.

I had an appointment today for cleaning and as before everything was pleasant and was to my liking. This office is like visiting old friends very caring and take care of details. Pain free and willing to work for your good health and budget minded. Thanks to the staff and Dr. Christian for making me feel at home.

the worst i have ever been to 1st they pulled a tooth then dont give u nothing for pain then make u pay 182 dollar to get a painfull tooth out just to be in more pain after they pulled a tooth should have kept my money i be in pain and 182 dollar richer dont go here go to someone that take ins

I saw Dr.Christian on Wednesday. He and his assistant were friendly and kind about my dental situation and he made sure I had what I needed. I previously saw Dr. McMillin for several years and I like him extremely well also. Although Dr. Christian didn't do any dental procedures on Wednesday, I have had several dental procedures done by Dr. McMillin in the past and he has always done an amazing job. I fell like Dr. Christian would be just as good. I highly recommend this dental office as all of their employees are friendly and very helpful!

From the receptionist, to the hygienist, to Dr. Christian, I couldn't be more pleased. Every single person was incredibly wonderful. I never felt rushed and all questions were answered. They all made visiting the dentist very pleasant! I highly recommend McMillin and Christian Family Dentistry.

Dr. Christian was very patient with regards to all of my questions about my current and upcoming procedures. I have a fairly low pain tolerance when it comes to dental procedures, but he made sure I was very comfortable during the entire process. Both he and his assistant were quite friendly and calming. I also appreciated the follow up phone call the next day to make sure I was doing well.
