I recently switched out of this dental office after going there for several years because the office over-treats and overcharges, and yes, like Kevin Han said below, the dentist tends to recommend unnecessary procedures - it's my mistake that I've entrusted her with such decisions throughout the years, only to recently realize that I've wasted my money & time.

This dentist did a good job on a filling I needed but did a horrible job with the routine 6-month cleaning and checkups. Charged me extra for the deep cleaning and it was equivalent to me brushing my teeth each day using my Sonicare toothbrush. Also, even though you have paid the bill, they keep coming back and sending multiple additional bills for the same procedure, even billed my insurance 3 times for the same procedure on top of all my payments. Stay away!

I am a longtime client, as is my mother and son. Dr. Park is literally the best dentist I have ever had. She is not only technically brilliant and on top of the latest science, she is a warm and caring professional. Dr. Park completely cured me of my lifelong fear of dentists because of her reassuring, kind demeanor, and her extremely high quality work. I won't ever switch!

Dr Park and her staff do a great job. Explain all procedures, checks with insurance prior so you can know what's covered vs out of pocket costs. I had several crowns replaced and they came out perfect. No more gaps! Office is clean and well organized. Highly recommend for all dental needs.

These people are cheaters , please dont'go here . They does things which the insurance doesn't cover and later send extra bills . Worst clinic ever.

Dr. Park and her team are absolutely amazing! My best dental experience ever! Professional and very personal attention to all my questions and issues. They gave me all information about everything I asked and suggested different options and solutions. I love going there because of positive attitude too! They schedule me at the most convenient time for me and I even could text them with all my insurance questions - isn't it nice!? Dr. Park and her team are very efficient and dedicated and I feel like they go above and beyond. And my whitening- absolutely gorgeous- got lots of compliments

Tried this place since its nearby. This dentist is a scammer, using scary language to persuade you to do procedures that aren't necessary and would be costly. I went to another dentist soon after who noted my cleaning was not done properly and wondered why Dr Park would advise all these procedures to me. Also, the office sent me a statement saying I owed them more money after I went back to pay a month ago since they couldn't figure out insurance. I recommend finding a dentist that puts patients first, not profits. Edit: I cannot reply to the response, but I am fluent in English and its quite rude to assume I don't when I just spoke with you on the phone, in English..

This office is amazing. The staff and the dentist are awesome. They welcomed me as a family. The front desk staff was very helpful with verifying my insurance. The Assistant Stephany is one of the best amazing, very kind and so sweet. Dr. Park is great and very thorough. She tries not to sell you something you don't, she's very an amazing Dentist. If do you want to find a great dental practice come here. Definitely referring all my friends and families great place to go, highly recommend it.

Honestly I have to say hands-down best dentist ever. The staff is amazing everyone is so kind and nice.The office is convenient nearby. The doctor takes her time with you. Not like other office is extremely busy. This office they take their time you feel like family when walking into this office. I highly recommend this to my family and friends

The dentist herself does your cleaning here. The office is very clean and modern. I had some fillings done here, and they all came out very well. This office does a good job working with my insurance.

I started going to McLean Family Dentistry this year and I absolutely love them! Everyone there is very friendly and it's just a nice atmosphere. They also make sure to always double check with me before doing anything that I would have to pay extra for. For example, my insurance didn't cover fluoride, so they made sure to ask me first. They explained the benefits, but also didn't pressure me. I'm so glad I found them! Highly recommend!

LOVED Dr. Park and Christine! They were so sweet and kept me laughing the whole time. I really appreciated how they treated me with kindness, both as a patient and as a human being (can't say that about all practices!). This was so important to me, especially as I was nervous about getting my cavity filled. Plus, there was no wait and the office was immaculate! Felt safe in the office despite the current Covid situation. Highly recommend this practice!

I can't say enough good things about McLean Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. Knowing I haven't visited a dentist in quiet awhile, I feared the worst and was ready to visit a few to find the right one. My initial visit with Dr. Park was surprisingly welcoming (I'm afraid of dentists) and her assistant, Christine made the whole process smooth and easy. I got a clear explanation of the work that needed to be done and Dr. Park effectively prioritized them according to my needs. I didn't feel the usual pressure that I normally felt at other dentistries and they showed genuine care for longevity of my healthy smile. After many visits, I found Dr. Park to be incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in the work she does. She is very thorough and aware of your well-being during each treatment. Her sense of humor on top of the explanation and the expected outcome before the treatment is a bonus. I never thought I would recommend a dentistry in my lifetime but McLean Family & Cosmetic Dentistry proved me wrong and I must say I found the right one!

Dr. Park is fantastic! She is incredibly skilled at her work, and all of my check-ups and procedures had zero pain. She has a very gentle hand. She and her staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and courteous.
