Awful that they are one of the few places in the area that accept certain insurance plans. I would expect the same treatment as other dental offices but usually are met with botched fillings and terrible work.

Doug is one of the best Dentists I've ever had, I make an hour drive to go to this dentist office and it always exceeds my expectations!

I've never been treated more poorly by a health professional. I openly admit that I am nervous in the dentist office, I have many bad experiences prior to this. I prefaced this when scheduling my tooth extraction with Dr. Jim. I requested laughing gas and asked for my husband to be near. The nurse willingly and kindly obliged to my requests, she is fantastic. As soon as the laughing gas was set on my nose, with no time to take effect, they began the numbing process, giving no chance for me to relax. There was no explanation as to the process or what to expect. He never welcomed me or asked how I was feeling. During the numbing process he abruptly and angrily got up, yelled at me "to get out of his office", ripped his gloves off, threw his tools on the counter, and stormed out of the office. Supposedly "I moved"( I was twiddling my feet to calm down) and "if I was going to behave that way then get out"(not sure what he was referring to other than being anxious or in pain from having a needle in my gum?). He left my mouth half numbed and in pain with no help as to how to fix it. Im now feeling worse than when I went in. He already had my referral papers ready, brought them back to the room, handed them to my husband and left again. I went in for a tooth extraction at 7:30am and was back at my home by 7:45am. I have never felt so disrespected and uncared for. I would not recommend Dr. Jim to anyone.

They don't even deserve one star. Made my wife take the kids to the car to "help us control them"...they were sitting on the floor in the waiting room, on the Xs marked on the ground because they were instructed not to sit on the chairs. Dentist would not speak directly to my wife even though he was standing right next to her. He would relay a message to the assistant, and the assistants would say what he wanted after saying "the doctor would like you to...." Completely disrespectful. We will be canceling our other family's appointments as well. Completely waste of time.

Office staff booked my appointment over the phone at 10:10. Took a day of PTO for this. Show up on time and they wouldn't see me because the receptionist messed up when entering the appointment. 10 minutes earlier! So I'm on time based on when I booked the appointment and 10 minutes late on their end because of the receptionists error and they wouldn't see me. I'll be rescheduling with a dentist who has competent staff and customer service.

Absolutely awful experience. Jim kicked my wife out after a local pain killer we're she wiggled her head. Didn't even take time to try and console her just ripped the nitrous of her face and yanked his gloves off. Never going back.
