Dr. Lawrence is the owner and the dentist at McKinney Smiles. He opened his dental practice in March 2006. He remembers how much smaller McKinney was back then. It is still the best place to be. McKinney family dentist Dr. Lawrence attended the University of North Texas and studied Biology and Chemistry. He graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in 2004. He has six children and loves to spend his time with them. Dr. Lawrence loves dentistry and has seen how it can change a persons life. He has focused his dental practice on cosmetic dentistry, laser dentistry, implant dentistry, and sleep dental medicine. Each area of focus is very different and provides a vital and unique service to the people in this area.

McKinney family dentist Dr. Lawrence has also been involved with service projects throughout the years in McKinney including Habitat for Humanity and the Samaritan Inn. He has sponsored many of the local schools with athletics, band and cheer. One area of service that has been particularly meaningful to Dr. Lawrence is his work with the Lost Boys of the Sudan. When Dr. Lawrence first established his dental practice in 2006 he began working with the Lost Boys of the Sudan providing all of his dental services at no charge and worked with dental labs that would also provide their services at no charge. Today, he still sees the Lost Boys as patients. These young men who have endured so much in their life have gone through programs in this area that helped them establish good steady work. They are married now and have families of their own. They are the kindest and most gracious people.

Angela has been a dental hygienist since 2009. She came to our office when she graduated from dental hygiene school at Collin College. When you meet Angela, youll learn that she loves dogs. I mean she really loves dogs. She would bring them to work with her every day if she could. She loves spending time with her friends and family. She said that she enjoys coming to work and visiting with her friends all day long. She is a native Texan and grew up in Sherman, TX.

Morgan has been a dental hygienist since 2010. She went to dental hygiene school at Northeast Texas Community College. Morgan is married with two beautiful young children. She has a dog who rules the housea Boxer named Zeus. Morgan enjoys time with family and friends. She is a native Texan and grew up in Paris, TX.

Michelle has been a dental assistant since 2008. She spends her time baking, being outdoors and marking items off of her bucket list. She loves family and her grand daughter is a high light of her life. Michelle is a calming and peaceful influence in our office. She is a native Texan from Odessa, TX. Michelle has the strongest Texas accent of the staff here and we love it.

Jane manages the office. She has a degree in English and earned her dental hygiene degree in 1997. She has 6 children and enjoys spending her time with them. Jane loves to read and is involved with her church. She also loves animals. In fact, she used to own Black Angus cows. She is a native Texan and grew up in North Dallas. She and Mary Anne are sisters.

Mary Anne is usually the first voice you hear when you call the office and the first face you see when you check in. She has been in dentistry since 2014. She earned her Bachelors degree in Business Management in 1997 from Brigham Young University. She and her husband have 5 beautiful children. Mary Anne enjoys spending time with her family and is involved with her church. She is a native Texan and grew up in North Dallas.
