Dr. Daniel McKinney is a second-generation dentist, born and raised on Madisons north side. After graduating from Madison East High School, he stayed in the area to complete his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and then went on to attend Marquette Universitys dental school, graduating in 1997. His father, Dr. Clayton McKinney, started McKinney Dental in 1961 and transitioned the business to his son in 2000.
Teresa graduated from Madison Area Technical College with Dental Assisting Diploma. She belongs to the Wisconsin Dental Association. She has been with McKinney Dental since 1990 in several roles including Chair-Side Assistant and Front Office.
Nancyhas been part of the Administrative Team at McKinney Dental for three years. She is a graduate of Madison College Dental Assistant program. Working in dentistry for 30+ plus years Nancy has seen many changes in dentistry and still finds it exciting.
Nancy and her husband (Bob) and daughter (Abby) live in the Cambridge area. In her spare time Nancy loves to bake for her entire family. This includes brothers nephews, great -nephews and great-nieces. She is known as the Dessert Baker for the family. When shes not busy in the kitchen, she may be cruising in their 2006 Mustang convertible.
Peggy has worked in administration part-time at McKinney Dental since January 2017. She has a bachelors degree in Economics from UW-Madison and worked in Marketing Research for over 11 years. She is the wife of Dr. Dan and has two adult children. An interesting thing about Peggy is that she has an identical twin sister.
Keaton graduated from Marquette University with a degree in Biomedical Sciences in 2021. He is a newfound member of the team and is assisting Dr. Dan chairside while applying to Dental School. In his free time, he enjoys lifting weights, hiking, and cooking.
Patty has been a dental hygienist for over 25 years. She is dedicated, compassionate, and especially enjoys helping patients achieve good overall oral health. She is also Dr. Dans sister, and is excited to be part of the dental business that her father started many years ago.
Michelle graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at Madison College in 2011. She enjoys building relationships with her patients and strives to provide a positive experience at each visit. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and daughter, traveling and attending sporting events.
