This place is awesome. I Had a little mishap with a filling that fell out. Mckenzie dental got me in the next day. I went to the appointment and Dr. Shakespeare with his team of professionals got in and took the metal out, put in the better amalgam, and boom I was out. I didn't use any numbing serum, so that should tell you the level of care that they took. The whole experience changed me enough to actually want to go back more often. I'm very happy with them.

My teeth cleaning involved root planing so potential for discomfort was huge. I was so relieved to have a hygienist that does a skilful job at numbing and cleaning Also, the office professionals actually communicated effectively with my insurer to get the pre authorization to have the work done. This is like finding a unicorn. I'm a patient and a fan.

Dr. John is extremely nice. He listens and explains wonderfully. Kimberly (hygienist) is also very nice and general when cleaning teeth. May seem weird but I actually enjoyed my visit to the dentist!

Went to Mckenzie dental Because I have horrible teeth. I was very nervous about the appointment and what would happen during my root canal. They were very helpful with getting me in fast , they were able to work with my busy schedule, so I was able to get it done on a Sunday. They were very gentle, and answered any questions I had. I will be coming back for more work for sure.

I've been a patient at McKenzie Dental for a total of 36 years of expert care and lived through advancement and changes. The office has maintained its welcoming, considerate, and professional staff. My recent visit was for a cleaning with X-rays. My hygienist Becky is "top notch" with her personal care. Same with Dr. John, as he is referred to, as well as the receptionists. I have only positive things to say about this office. They have evening and weekend hours and a highly professional staff. The dental work I've had done with Dr. Lee has been excellent. I highly recommend him and the other dentists in the office.

I have been coming to McKenzie Dental for years. Their office is top notch in their field with latest technology, yet personable and caring. The hygienist gives me helpful advice and tools every time so I can keep the care of my teeth better. A crown can be done in one visit, fitting perfectly. Awesome team!!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr Lee for several years. My husband has been diagnosed with cancer for which his doctors suggested a particular chemotherapy to treat him but unfortunately it weakens your bones. They gave us short notice and told us if he needed any dental work done that he should get it done before he started the treatment. My husband happened to have a regular teeth cleaning scheduled a few days later so we spoke to Dr. Lee after to discuss the crown he had been needing. Dr. Lee said after the exam unfortunately it seemed now the roots were dead and he would also need a root canal in addition to the crown. We asked how long it may take to get in to get it done and if it was to long could he refer us to someone who may be able to get him in sooner so he could start his treatment. Dr. Lee didn't hesitate and said he could come in on Monday on his day off and do it. I have never know a doctor to come in on his day off to accommodate us ! With all the hurdles we've had, he choose to make just one of them easier for us to get over, and for that we are so very grateful. That's the kind of caring & compassion that he brings to his patients everyday. If your looking for that, you will find it at this office, from his staff to the hygienists to all the doctors. They are all very professional and caring.

This review is coming from a person who suffers from severe anxiety and to find a dentist office with such friendly staff and dentists who actually listen to your needs and concerns was such a blessing. Dr John and his assistant Carla eased my worries and made me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend this practice 1000%! The entire office is incredibly friendly, sweet , funny and professional! The office was absolutely gorgeous and clean. I actually can't wait to go back to see everyone and get more work done ! Highly highly recommend you go to these dentists! Dr lee is very nice as I got to meet him briefly. Dr John was so wonderful and patient with me. Dr John thank you again for calming my nerves, making me smile and making dental work fun and not scary ! See you soon!

I had my teeth cleaned. The employee was pleasant and knowledgeable. She does need practice keeping the light iut if the patient's eyes. But then I am super sensitive to light.

I was in quite a bit of pain and called first thing in the morning. They squeezed me in the early afternoon I was treated with care and respect. I must admit that while one of my least favorite things to do is going to the dental office in general. I specifically recommend the staff at McKenzie Dental Center. They are kind, gentel, respectful, and professional. I recommend them! Thank you!
