I went to this dentist after being traumatized from Poling Family dental after being told that my teeth were in need of extraction, and an implant and I would have to pay thousands of dollars for the procedure because the paperwork was too much to go through my insurance. But when I came here the dentist was very kind and validated my experience and assured me that my teeth were completely healthy and I am instead of suffering from TMJ. He did an x-ray and looked at the nerves of the teeth thoroughly as well as examined my bite and have now set up a plan for a mouthguard. I am extremely grateful for the help and the relief.

This man traumatized me as I child and from the looks of the other reviews he hasn't stopped so I feel the need to share my story as well. I was about 7 years old and he didn't allow my parents to come back with me. He only put the numbing jell on my tooth that is used to prep for the numbing shot, never gave the numbing shot. Then attempted to rip out my tooth piece by piece while I was crying in pain. He yelled at me for crying then slammed all his tools down and told the hygienist to get me out of there..I was a child and this was very traumatic for me and im only sharing my experience in hopes another person does not have to meet this monster. Go ahead and say I was never a patient here like the other bad reviews. I am affected by it to this day.

The receptionist are very kind but the dentist himself is not ok look I brought myself a while ago here and he did work but the pain was horrible and he got mad at me because I needed more than one Novocain well when I tried coming back I was told I'm not aloud to find another dentist so few years later I take my kids everything seemed fine I scheduled an apt but we ended up leaving town for an emergency so when we got back they said because all 3 kids missed that was too many apts to miss and said they can no longer come here either listen I've been to a few dentist and this one is a quack period!! He's rude and needs to reevaluate himself and the work he does these people are not lying and the fact that they get a response by a facility the way they responded is completely unprofessional you don't put people business on the internet when your a business itself that alone says a thousand words people.. facts!!!!!

We where early for our appointment and still didn't get seen on time ! Then my 11 year old daughter was asked to go in back by herself! I've never been anywhere like this ! I moved to the wrong area clearly

Dr. Cassella is a rare find! Kind, professional, ethical and highly experienced. He knew exactly what I needed and did not over-sell me on a treatment plan. He took time to explain my options, was conservative in his recommendations, and put me at ease during my procedure. I highly recommend him.

PLEASE RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I went there and had to get a few fillings in my front teeth, within a month they all fell out! (Fast forward a year) and I'm finally going to get this all fixed at a new office, and I needed my x-rays from this office and they told me they don't have them!!!! They pretty much just threw my x-rays out, after only a year. Don't ever go here

I have trigemenal neuralgia and have had a hard time finding a dentist that can work with me. I must say this play was amazing! Thank you so much.

Went for the first time. They supposedly cleaned my teeth. I was there for about 7 minutes. Then they told me I needed a filling and to come back. Went back to get the filling and it was not done correctly. I was in so much pain and my teeth were uneven. I had to go back to get it "fixed" was told by the dentist that it would hurt for a few days. Fast forward 2 months and I still can't chew on my right side. I have more trouble now than before I went to the dentist. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Edit: 2 years after going there and I just get a response saying I was never a patient. Funny. I'm just making all of this up. Wow. Seriously guys. Save yourself.

very horrible. lady working front desk is very rude. awile back they put molds in and let it set to long so it got hard and tore out chunks of my teeth was bleeding and in pain.then they say theres nothing they can do or fix for me and sent me on my way in more pain than when i went in .been to new dentist since and they confirmed that this place jacked up my teeth pretty bad. thankfully my teeth are fixed now thanks to the new place and i am pain free. dont go here or you will end up in more pain. they gave me the run around about waiting for insurance to approve this and that.thats funny the new place had it all ready to go and approved the same day. not weeks later.when your in pain from teeth you dont keep someone waiting weeks to get shut done. be careful yall. there are alot of better.cleaner.nicer places out there.they dont know what they are doing here! i talked to 4 people whom went here and they also jacked up their teeth.wish i talked to them before i went. they just have no clue what they are doing.even a simple filling they do wrong.save yourself the hassel

A friend referred me to this office I went to get a check up for a partial was told that I needed a few fillings they did the fillings they weren't done properly I explain that I was having pain they rechecked the fillings and told me that the pain was normal and would go away months later the sensitivity is still there then one of the fillings that they did came out I went and allowed them to fix it and it came lose again so I went to get it fixed again and two days later while I was on a date it completely fell out they also provided me with a partial that is poorly constructed needless to say this was the worst decision I could have made
