I am in the best profession I could ever imagine. Being able to change the lives of so many people by changing their smiles never ceases to amaze me. I love orthodontics because of the skills it requires and the challenges I face every day, but most importantly because of all the people Ive had the pleasure of meeting. It is so satisfying to watch a patients outlook on life change as their teeth straighten and their self-esteem grows.

When it comes to the practical aspect of being an orthodontist, I would be lost without my team. Our staff members are extremely intelligent and perform their duties with excellent precision. They are personable and love getting to know all about our patients. They all get along with one another and I enjoy coming to the office just to be with them, many of whom have been with me many years. They are quite simply the best.

Knowledge and training are the keys to successful treatment planning and achieving the best possible results for my patients. I am committed to staying up-to-date with current techniques and innovative ways of practicing orthodontics. I grew up in Baltimore and currently reside in the Towson area with my wonderful wife. We have five amazing children and have been blessed with seven grandchildren. My free time is most often spent with my family or on the golf course.

I joined my fathers practice in 2010 and have loved every minute. All my life I wanted to be a doctor. Growing up, I watched all the happy, smiling faces come and go from my fathers practice and I wanted to be a part of such a wonderful practice. I love helping others and making their lives better in any way I can. Seeing patients get excited about their smiles is such a wonderful feeling. Giving a great smile to a patient can change their life and give them confidence. I truly love being part of that life-changing experience.

I absolutely love being an orthodontist. Every day presents a new exciting experience that makes me look forward to coming to work. If I can make a patient smile and make them feel and know how special they really are, I know Ive been successful.

I grew up in Baltimore and now live in Glyndon. My husband and I welcomed our first child, a beautiful baby girl, Ella, in October of 2014. She has brought us so much happiness and she loves hanging around the office, too! When Im not at work, I love being with my family and my dogs.

I am really passionate about helping others. Ive traveled to Africa and volunteered with orphans and to Vietnam to help children get out of dental pain. Our office is also a proud member of the Greater Baltimore Cleft Lip and Cleft Palate Team at GBMC. Reaching out and being active in the community is incredibly important. Everyone needs to reach out and lend a helping hand in their community.

My job as office manager is to keep things running smoothly, with a whole lot of help from the team! As treatment coordinator, I work closely with the doctors to help the patients and their families understand the treatment process. Helping them understand the treatment is very important to building a good relationship. I have said many times that there are truly no nicer, kinder, or more competent orthodontists then Dr. McInnes and Dr. McInnes Palmer. I feel so fortunate to have had the career that Ive had, in such a great environment.

My husbands name is Mike and we have three wonderful children, Emily, Tyler, and Tucker. We have two dogs as well, Lucy and Gizmo. I love to spend time with my family. In my free time, I enjoy watching sports, but baseball is my favoriteGo Os!

I help our practice by handling insurance, banking, payroll, and scheduling. I also get to interact with our new patients and create for them a great impression of our wonderful practice. I love being able to do what I can to ensure that our practice functions seamlessly and smoothly for our patients and our staff. Since I have been with our practice for some time, one of my favorite parts of my job is seeing the children of former patients now in their own treatment. Many things have changed over the years, but one thing that has not is our doctors professionalism and utmost concern for their patients. This has been a constant point of inspiration for me every day that I have come to work, and I look forward to many more years of amazing patient care to come!

My time outside the office is spent being active throughout the community. I am currently serving as President of my high school Alumni Association, am an officer in an active Irish organization (LAOH), and have served on various committees in my church community. When time allows, I try to keep my hand in doing cross stitching and knitting prayer shawls for cancer patients at a local hospital. My niece and nephews and their families are a big part of my life, especially when we can all manage to gather at one time. Most sporting events will draw my attention, especially for the Os and Ravens!

As a part of the administrative and financial side of our practice, I find great satisfaction in taking care of the things that help make our practice run as efficiently and smoothly for our patients as possible. Whether I am handling billing, patient correspondence, or scheduling matters, I always put my best smile forward and do everything I can so that our patients experiences here are memorable and rewarding! I have been working for Dr. McInnes for the last 20 years, and working at our practice is like working with some of my best friends. Our doctors are so caring and committed to both their patients and their staff. They treat us like a big family and promote the positive energy that we are able to pass on to our patients.

I have been married for 21 years to my high school sweetheart who is a firefighter. I have two beautiful girls, one in high school and one in college. We love to go to the beach and take our two adorable golden retrievers! My down time is best spent reading and with my family.

At our practice, I work with our patients to make sure that their Invisalign treatments go as smoothly and comfortably as possible, and I help out with their care in any way that I can. It is very exciting for me to submit our patients Invisalign treatments because I know that an amazing and beautiful smile is at the other end! All of us in the practice really love to converse and get to know our patientsit really makes it so much more exciting to watch our friends smiles transform with our help. Our doctors are family-oriented, caring, and compassionate, and I love working in the positive atmosphere that they foster.

I have a wonderful family of five: Josh, myself, and my girls, Sierra, Paige, and Harley. We have two Fox Hounds, Molly and Cooper, who are four years old. When I can steal away some time to myself, I enjoy sitting down with a good book.

I love watching people grow into their amazing new smiles, and I do my best to make sure that process goes as smoothly and comfortably as possible! With a compassionate and gentle hand, I help our doctors by assisting with all of our patients orthodontic needs. Making sure that our patients are always taken care of and made to feel as special as they are to us is my number-one priority, and I work hard ensure this for each person in our chairs. Working for our doctors here is so rewarding because they are always teaching us new ways to provide the best care to our family of patients. I love being a part of such a caring practicewere like family!

I married my husband Steve in October of 2015. We have a miniature Dachshund named Westbrook. Hanging out with our friends and family, and cheering on the Ravens and Orioles, is what you can most likely find us doing on the weekends.

I have been a dental assistant for ten years. I started in a general dentistry practice and wanted to expand my knowledge in the same field. I'm so happy to be a part of the McInnes Palmer Orthodontics team. The doctors and employees are amazing and truly care for one another. We share the same common interest; our patients always come first and our goal is to make them feel completely comfortable and happy throughout treatment. I love making others laugh and being a part of improving a smile. I make it my goal to help patients have a good time while feeling 100% worry free. Who says you can't have fun at work? I love my job!

In my free time I love to spoil my Chihuahua named Meisha. In the fall, winter, and spring I enjoy taking dance classes through my local recreation center. I have been dancing for almost 27 years and don't plan on stopping anytime soon! I have a strong love for animals and do anything that I can to help out with different animal organizations.

I have been an orthodontic assistant for eight years and I truly love my job! Having braces was a life-changing event for me and I want to bring that positive change to others' lives as well. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing our patients' beautiful smiles after they have completed treatment. I enjoy working in this practice because Dr. McInnes and Dr. McInnes Palmer's enthusiasm for patient care is contagious. When I am not at work I have several hobbies I like to pursue. I enjoy reading, hiking, watching movies, and doing watercolor paintings. I love to learn and I am constantly in pursuit of new knowledge to broaden my horizons.

I began my career as an assistant in general dentistry for ten years and am happy to have made the transition into orthodontics with Dr. McInnes and Dr. McInnes Palmer. They are the kindest doctors and genuinely care about their patients and staff. I love being part of a team that changes a persons smile! Seeing each unique person grow and change over the course of his or her treatment is remarkable.

I have the exciting job of fabricating our patients appliances and retainers. I know that the work I do is very important for our patients to receive the most effective and efficient treatments, so I do my absolute best to make sure everything is just perfect for the incredible people who will be wearing the appliances that I craft. Our staff here is just wonderful, and I love having the opportunity to work with such a close and positive group of people! I also work full-time with special needs children at an elementary school, so I am very thankful for our doctors allowing me the flexibility to do both jobs. We believe that through community service, we not only better our community but ultimately ourselves. We host our own Giving Back to the Community project, supporting a different organization each year. Just some of our recipients include the Ronald McDonald House, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and the Casey Cares Foundation. We have allow patients who lose their retainers to make a charitable donation to the Ronald McDonald House to pay for a replacement, have taken part in the Leukemia & Lymphoma Societys Light the Night Walk, and have collected supplies for the Baltimore House based on their Wish List. Our staff even got together to cook dinner for the families of the Baltimore House.
