I had an appointment at 7am and arrived on time. The hygienist (title?) did some cleaning and brought me to the front desk to check-out. I pointed out that the appointment was for 2 fillings, and everyone seemed rather surprised, not sure why - even I could see on the computer screen that the fillings were scheduled. I was asked to take a seat in the waiting room, then was led back to have anesthetic injected. I was, again, led back to the waiting room. Finally I was called back to have the fillings done (which was quick and "normal"). The only reason for 3 stars instead of 1 is that the actual work done was quick and efficient.

My appointment was for cleaning only. Since my usual hygienist was off that day, I had a substitute, and did not receive a thorough cleaning. Also, the water pic was broken, which was a big inconvenience, but she muddled through. I waited 1/2 hour before getting in, which I didn't like.

I've been very pleased with the professionalism of this dental practice. Sam is an awesome dental hygienist and does a great job spotting problems that need addressed by the Dentist. My appointments are always on time, too. Kudos to the entire front desk as well!

Dr Bourne is quick with excellent skills and he is compassionate and gentle. The techs are knowledgeable and the hygienists thorough. At the front desk, George and Barbara are friendly and good at their jobs. If you're afraid of dentists or unsure you have a competent one, this is the office to visit!

This dentist office rocks! From the dentists to all of the supporting staff. It has taken me 12 years to find my dream team. I am all about the vibe and this group has it! I am a local however you will also see positive comments from seasonal people that are in need of those dental woes that happen while on vacation. I have quite a bit of catch up and these doctors and staff have my utmost confidence.

First time in the practice, and will be returning. Staff was friendly and efficient. Hygienist was thorough, friendly and, most important, listened to my concerns. Dr. Bourne was also friendly, attentive and caring. No complaints and look forward to my next visit. Thx!
