Dr. McGonigle is part of a tradition of dental comfort and care. After graduating in 1987 as Co-Valedictorian at Loyola University School of Dentistry, he completed a hospital-based general practice residency at Michael Reese Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago. This passion for education is still evident today in the efforts of Dr. McGonigle and his team in mastering cutting-edge treatments and new procedures.

Dr. McGonigle has been married to his highschool sweetheart for 30 years. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, cooking, and spending time with his family especially his grandchildren, Danny and Jimmy, and his two newest grandchildren, Hayes and Olivia.

From a young age, Dr. Philip Gurgone has possessed a passion for dentistry. He cares deeply about helping people discover their best smiles and healing patients in pain. Seeing a patient rediscover life after restoration provides Dr. Gurgone with immense job satisfaction. As one of the Top Tinley Park Dentists, Dr. Gurgone gets to put that passion to work alongside the best dentists in Tinley Park at McGonigle Dental Associates.

Dr. Gurgone was born and raised in Orland Park. His AP Biology teacher recognized his budding interest and invited him to shadow her and her colleagues at the UIC College of Dentistry. Here, Dr. Gurgone discovered his love of dentistry and his career path.

He would go on to graduate from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry, where his leadership skills and dedication led him to earn the respect of his peers and become the president of his class. He participated in the Comprehensive Implant Residency Program, training in implants, bone grafts, sinus grafts, and providing fixed and removable restorations. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society.

As part of the McGonigle Dental family, Dr. Gurgone is dedicated to helping his community in Tinley Park and beyond. Hes joined dental mission trips to Costa Rica and Nicaragua. Hes also participated in Dentistry from the Heart and Give Kids a Smile Day, providing preventive dental care to children of underserved communities. All of this has contributed to making Dr. Gurgone the Top Dentist in Tinley park.

In his free time, Dr. Gurgone enjoys baseball (Go White Sox!), golfing, cooking, and playing guitar. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Kristina. They reside in Mokena with their two beautiful daughters, Juliana and Valentina.

A Mokena native, Dr. Stuedemann is one of the best dentists in Tinley Park and has been an integral part of our team since October 2014. She attended North Central College in Naperville, Illinois, where she played womens basketball and graduated with a degree in biochemistry. After completion of her undergraduate degree, Dr. Stuedemann went on to earn her Doctor of Medical Dentistry DMD degree at Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in Alton, Illinois.

Following dental school, Dr. Stuedemann completed a two year General Practice Residency at the Medical College of Georgia (recently renamed Georgia Regents University). Here she received extensive training in both surgical and implant dentistry including surgical wisdom tooth extraction, bone grafts, implant placement, and implant restoration. She also gained valuable experience in the challenges presented while working with medically-compromised patients. Dr. Stuedemann was honored to serve as the programs Chief Resident during her second year.

She received her Fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists in 2012. In 2015, she went on to earn her Mastership in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Dr. Stuedemann is also an active member of several professional organizations. In 2015, she earned her Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry and as such she is well known as Tinley Parks Best Cosmetic Dentist.

A general dentist who is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry has been recognized by other general dentists as a leader and example to other dentists of the importance of quality continuing education to patient care. Other organizations of which Dr. Kristina is an active member include the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society.

Dr. Stuedemann believes wholeheartedly in the charitable mission of McGonigle Dental Associates. She has participated in mission trips to Jamaica to provide free dental care. She also took part in Dentistry from the Heart in Union City, TN & Tinley Park.

Dr. Stuedemann married her college love, Eric. They currently live in Naperville with their three boys, Eli, Easton, and Everett. Eric is an assistant football coach at North Central College (Go Cardinals!). In her free time, she loves to travel and be outdoors, work out, watch football, and spend time with her friends, family, and husband.

Dr. Ashley Nozik is part of a proud dental family from Rochester, NY. Both her mother and father are practicing dentists, and her sister is a dental hygienist. For Dr. Nozik, healthy smiles really are the family business!

Dr. Nozik earned her Bachelor of Business degree in Business Management from the Pamplin School of Business at Virginia Tech University. She then received her Doctoral Degree from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine as a third generation dentist. After graduating from Buffalo, Dr. Nozik continued her dental education by completing a three-year specialty training and certification in prosthodontics at the University of Illinois at Chicago, College of Dentistry. As such, she has come to be known as Tinley Parks Best Prosthodontist.

As a prosthodontist, Dr. Nozik specializes in the restoration and replacement of teeth. This discipline blends art and science with the goal of creating stunning, lasting smiles. While at UIC, she received extensive training in the surgical placement of dental implants, full mouth reconstruction, implant-supported prostheses, maxillofacial prosthetics,traditional crowns, veneers, dentures, and all aspects of restorative dentistry.

Like the rest of the McGonigle Dental family, Dr. Nozik believes in giving back to the global community. Shes worked with the Buffalo Outreach and Community Assistance program, traveling the Dominican Republic to provide free dental care to those in need. She also participated in the Remote Area Medical Volunteer Corps. All of this has led to her becoming part of the team of Tinley Parks Best Dentists.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Nozik loves watching sports, running, traveling, and exploring Chicagos food scene with her friends and family. Dr. Ashley is happily married to her husband, Joe. They currently reside in the city of Chicago and welcomed their newborn baby boy, Joseph (Little Joe).

Dr. Mees experience treating patients in a wide range of settings has led him to view dentistry as a means to a greater good. With each patient that walks into our office, Dr. Mee prioritizes their personal experience by imagining that he is caring for a close friend or family member. Dr. Mee takes the time to get to know his patients and closely listens to their concerns to ensure that they receive thorough and conscientious care.

In addition to his drive to help others, Dr. Mees passion for dentistry stems from a love for working with his hands, which he developed while growing up in Southern California. His father was a skilled carpenter who taught him the value and sense of accomplishment in producing a desired result through meticulous, thoughtful work. Dr. Mee also enjoyed sculpting and ceramics classes as an undergrad while working toward his degree in biochemistry. When his older brother entered dental school, Dr. Mee found that dentistry offered the perfect blend of community service and skilled workmanship.

Before moving to Illinois, Dr. Mee served in a dental office attached to a hospital as well as a rural community office in Oregon. He provided care for a free mobile clinic and HIV+ positive members of the community and volunteered as a retirement home care provider. In these settings, Dr. Mee observed firsthand the many factors that affect oral health, including systemic wellness and life circumstances. As a result, he approaches patient care from a place of compassion every day. There, he was also recognized as the leading dentist in a program of more than 40 locations.

Dr. Mee is happily married to his high school sweetheart, Michelle, and together they have a three-year-old, 140-pound bullmastiff named Phoebe. When out of the office, Dr. Mee is an avid foodie and outdoor enthusiast, constantly seeking new restaurants to try, rock walls to climb, and hiking trails to explore. Dr. Mees claim to fame is a basketball trick shot video that was featured on ESPN.
