Dr. Greg McGlone began his study of dentistry more than 20 years ago, receiving a DMD degree in 1998 and graduating at the top of his class from the Louisville School of Dentistry in Louisville, Kentucky. That same year, he opened a private practice in Union, Kentucky and established a thriving practice for the next 17 years.
In addition to his continued studies, Dr. McGlone has completed a rigorous continuum of studies at the internationally renowned Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida. These studies were one to two weeks per year for several years and included many aspects of dentistry, including TMD and occlusion. He has been voted 'Top Dentist' by his peers over and over. He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Colorado Dental Association (CDA) and the Metro Denver Dental Society (MDDS).
Dr. McGlone has a passion for dentistry and loves helping people feel better. He's also passionate about helping Veterans. For the past eight years, he has provided an annual Veteran's Dental Day. On Veteran's Day he donates his time, materials and staff for the sole care of our veterans.
Dr. McGlone is the proud father of two daughters, Emily and Erica. Both are college students. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys nothing more than touring the Colorado landscape with his wife, Maria, and their rescued Boston terrier companion, Booger.

Dr McGlone and staff are great and what dentistry in today's age should be. I can highly recommend a visit to his Dental Care office to help ease your dental anxiety.

Requested a new patient appointment online and I heard from Margie within an hour. Margie was able to squeeze me in for 30 minutes, day of, as I was experiencing tooth pain. I'm terrible with getting myself to the dentist due to anxiety. This was my first time having to go to a dentist for pain. Dr. McGlone is excellent. I really appreciate his conservative approach and I left the office needing no major work. I was back to feeling 100% next day with a slight bite adjustment and have my cleaning and check-up scheduled...I usually leave the office without something on the books. I look forward to my next visit! Update as of October 2022: I don't think Margie is with the office anymore and I have had issues with scheduling. Knocking off a star due to how tricky it was to get in contact with anyone from the office. Their voicemail states they're on the other line but I never got a call back. Called a few times over the 1-2 months and finally got someone this week who told me she either did or meant to leave me a message.... Last time I saw Dr. McGlone he made me a guard for my teeth grinding that was extremely helpful and he is still 5 stars in my book.

This dental office is the best I have found in Denver and I have tried many. They were efficient, extremely personable, and knowledgeable. Most dental offices now days just want to sell you everything they can and do any service they can on you to get some extra business.

Having grown up in a family of dental professionals I can say with honesty and sincerity that Dr. McGlone treats you like family! .. and does such a good job I look forward to my cleanings. Highly recommended!

Do not see Dr. McGlone for cosmetic dentistry. The veneerist he uses is incompetent; I began the painstaking process of shearing and shaving down my teeth so the veneers would fit flush with the surrounding natural teeth (this is standard). Got my temps. And they repeatedly broke off and had to be reattached (thank goodness there was a mask mandate in place at the time... I looked like a hill billy every couple of days). The veneerist was late to deliver the first set of permanents (two weeks extended to four). When the permanents finally arrived, they were absolutely nothing like the mold he was given (based on the temps Dr. McGlone created and I approved). They looked like fake plastic teeth used for costumes, etc. They were so bad we rejected and sent them back. The second set was only slightly better than the first. But after having waited 6 weeks with temps that kept falling off and visiting Dr Malone twice a week to reattach temps during that period, I was eager and ready to accept my permanents even if they weren't perfect. Then the permanents kept failing off. Dr. McGlone is incompetent when it comes to permanently bonding veneers to teeth. Furthermore, he pads his diagnosis' at extraordinary expense and comfort of his patient. He falsely identified three cavities that he insisted should be treated; I sought a second opinion from a trusted family friend dentist whose x-rays contradicted his diagnosis-- not one of the "cavities" he diagnosed existed. Not one. He has a charming personality and swanky office; that's what earned him 2/5 possible stars.

Finally, a dentist who is trustworthy, pragmatic, does what is best for the patient, explains thoroughly what he is doing and why. I love the no-nonsense approach and it is great to finally have dental care that isn't cluttered with upselling, side-selling, and a bunch of whiteners, brighteners and other cosmetic products.

Dr. McGlone is a fantastic doctor and a really great guy. He is truly there to help. He is extremely transparent about pricing and doesn't try and push unnecessary treatments. He is also very good at numbing and that is key. I had multiple issues and he's been so kind and patient with me. Going to the dentist is one of the most unpleasant experiences one can deal with, yet he makes it comfortable. He's the best dentist that I have ever been too. I'm never going anywhere else.

Highly recommend! Came to McGlone Dental Care after a not so great experience at a different local dentist and it was a night and day better experience. The office itself feels inviting and Dr. McGlone was great. He was very honest, easygoing, and I could tell he truly cared.

This was the most amazing experience I've ever had with a dentist. Everyone was so understanding of my anxiety of dentists. They were kind and treated me like a person, not just their job, or a way to make money. Every other dentist I've ever been to, I've left with extreme anxiety and panic. As I left from here, I felt relieved and happy. This guy is worth his weight in gold. If you've ever had a problem with dentists before. Come see this one. He actually cares about his clients. He is a dentist you can trust.

I had to get in for a cleaning at the last minute this week and Dr McGlone got me in. Dr McGlone was very easy to talk to and had a very realistic approach to dentistry. He finished cleaning my teeth quickly and took the time to compliment ne on taking good care of my teeth. Truly an enjoyable dental visit.

My husband had not been to the dentist for year's because he had a bad experience. His tooth was hurting pretty bad and I got him to go to Dr McGlone. The tooth got feeling better so they decided to fix the left side of his mouth so he could chew on it again. He couldn't believe how his mouth did not hurt on that side anymore. He has a little more work that needs to be done and now he WANT'S to fix the rest of his mouth which is set for Thursday at 5:30 in which he is staying late for US! Dr McGlone is fast, efficient, knowledgeable and Careing, I am so glad that I found him!!
