Dr. Mandy Barkman Middleton was born and raised here in Fayetteville, NC. She attended Peace College followed by NC State University where she earned a BA in English. Following undergrad, she ventured to southern California where she earned an MBA from San Diego State University and met her husband, Dale.

After getting married, Dale and Mandy called Wilmington home for 5 years. While there, they had two kids- Allison and William. In 2009, they moved to Durham for dental school. She graduated from UNC- Chapel Hill Dental School in 2013 and then completed a one-year residency program at the Fayetteville Veterans Affairs Hospital where comprehensive care was her ultimate goal for each patient.

Meredith is the laughter and heart of the front area in the office. In 2000, she made the move from the mortgage world to that of our office financial and schedule coordinator! She is also cross trained in clinical duties behind the scenes. She excels in patient contact and personally making it a point to know every patient thus assuring their needs are met in a timely manner. If you need a certain day and time, rest assured, Meredith will make it happen- and deliver with a smile!

Evie has been a member of our dental team for over twenty-five years. She brings to the team a wealth of information stemming from growing up in a dental family, working many years for a gum specialist, and her active participation in numerous dental educational forums. As a hygienist, Evie particularly enjoys educating her patients on current oral hygiene advances as well as helping them set up a program designed to improve their oral health. Her patients appreciate her gentle dental care along with her warm smile and demeanor that says, 'welcome' and 'how can I help you?'

Lauren is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She has been part of our dental team for several years and came highly recommended by her dental professors (even years after having been a student). Lauren brings such positive energy to our team. The patients comment about her thorough cleanings but gentle touch. Her goal is to provide each patient with the best quality care in a kind and caring manner.

Olivia joined us over a year ago and brings with her years of assisting experience from another large office in the area. She spent 5 years working as a pediatric dental assistant so is well trained in helping us care for our smallest patients. What an asset to our office she is! When not working chairside or running sterilization, Olivia focuses on making sure our VA patients needs are being approved. Olivias goal is to help the office operate smoothly, efficiently, and ensure that you receive the best dental experience possible.

While Tami joined our practice this past year, Tami has several years of dental assisting experience. She excels in patient contact and personally makes it a point to know every patient. She especially enjoys working with Invisalign- a skill she's been working on for several years and one we consider an incredible asset. She promotes patient care by listening to the patient's needs and helping them meet their expectations in a caring atmosphere.

Lana initially joined our team in 2017 brand new out of dental assisting school. She is currently attending Fayetteville Technical Community College where she is pursuing a degree in Dental Hygiene. When not in school she helps us at the office. She is a joy to be around and can be found doing anything and everything we need including assisting Dr. Middleton chairside and helping Meredith with front desk tasks. She is an incredibly team player who we are blessed to get to work alongside.

I have been coming to this dentist for a while now. I love it and feel at home. They always go the extra mile to accommodate. Staff knows clients by name. I can tell they care because they remember small details about me. In and out quickly.

The best dentist I have been to in my lifetime and that is many. Great service, informative and professional. Update - After five year of going to this dentist I still recognize this as the best dentist office I have been to. Everyone who works here is friendly, courteous and professional. Went in for a cleaning and had to have some composite work done and the dentist (Dr. Middleton) made time to take care of it during that same visit to save me the trouble of scheduling another appointment. This is the norm in this office in my experience. Great job all! Keep up the good work.

The best dentist I have been to in my lifetime and that is many. Great service, informative and professional. What a wonderful dental office. Everyone there is truly friendly and caring. I have extremely sensitive teeth and dread having anything done to them. I told the hygienist and she applied something to my teeth before cleaning that took care of that issue. It was by far the most comfortable teeth cleaning I have in my 75 years of having teeth!

The dental office is one of the best in town, all of the staff are class one. Dr Middleton and her staff are friendly, nice and very approachable. They know their patients and treat you more like a long lost friend. They are very professional. I went to Office for a dental cleaning, Dr Middleton ask how my partial was fitting, I told her it hurt where a bone is jutting out, she took her time, she adjusted the partial and waited until I was satisfied with the fitting. The decor in the office is very calm and soothing which helps to relax you. I would highly recommend this dental office.

Being new to town and not having a family dentist yet.... I stumbled across a member of the team by accident and am so glad I did! I have to admit these ladies are better than my big city dentist! Quality , professionalism , humor and an overwhelming feeling of care= complete package!
