Let's just say that I can smile with confidence now. I can join in on many in person group conversations and feel absolutely great about myself. Before coming to mccollough family Dental, I was submitted to a couple of dentist offices and none compaired to this office. Mccollough family Dental is actually what it says. FAMILY . Thanks guys for making me feel absolutely wonderful when I smile. Sincerely yours, YT

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!! I've been looking for a good and affordable dentist since relocated back to Georgia. After two bad experiences elsewhere, I'm very pleased that I chose McCullough Family Dentistry! The front desk staff is extremely professional and pleasant. The hygienist and Dr were great. They were friendly, thorough and eager to gain my trust. I felt at ease and recommended everyone to schedule a visit!

Been going here for a few years. I've had many, many issues with over billing and scheduling since I've been a patient. Today is my last straw. They canceled my appointment saying I didn't confirm thru a text. This is complete BS. What happened to calling folks?? No voice-mail or anything. Im so sick of this place. The doctor is great and very knowledgeable but some of the staff need to use common sense. If I hadn't prepaid I would never return. Let them tell it they never do anything wrong. Im so sick of this place. Bad business!

Went in for cleaning with Dena. She is real thorough; as painless as cleaning can be; quick and professional; and answered all of my questions. She is such an asset to this practice.

I scheduled an appointment with this office the beginning of November and confirmed it by text in the middle of November. Three (3) weeks later I'm called and told that the Dr can't make it and we need to meet earlier. I agreed to an earlier day that same week and was then told insurance needed to be verified by the person I was on the phone with (apparently the browned haired receptionist pictured is named Jeanie ). I explained that my insurance at work had just changed and the card was still in the envelope at home. I was asked to call back later that day or I could be called back the following day to continue the appointment change and insurance verification. I specifically requested a call back knowing I would be busy throughout the day and it may slip my mind especially if I end up with a client for several hours in one sitting. I work 10-12 hours per day during the day 6 days a week in sales/finance and 5-8 hours at night 4-5 nights a week as a DJ. I rarely have time to schedule sleep, much yet call backs to offices I'm requesting services from. I received another text asking me to fill out reg. forms. When I clicked the link, it asked for my name and the date of my appointment. At first, I put in the newly rescheduled date... the system didn't recognize me. Then I put in the original date of 12/22/2021 and success. This led me to believe my original appointment stood. When I called this morning, which is my original appointment date, to clarify if I still needed to bring anything or fill anything else out, I was told I missed my Monday appointment. When I tried to explain what happened "Jeanie" got defensive and rushed the call, stating repeatedly that I had agreed to call her back and it was my fault the appointment was missed. I again tried to explain and she stated that the call quality was becoming poor (all of a sudden ...). In the middle of her offering me another appointment at the end of January, I took a moment to consider setting the January appointment, but still searching for another dentist because, even if I did agree to call you back, if I didn't call you and you didn't reach out to me again before the appointment, the day of, or even after the appointment was "missed", then you don't value you me as a patient or you're already too busy and while I can appreciate the fact that the office may be short staffed it doesn't take a big staff to be courteous and display some type of follow up ability... unless you've reached capacity and that sounded like I would've received less than excellent customer service by default. "Jeanie" took her opportunity to end a conversation she was clearly uninterested in having by hanging up the phone without warning. I assumed the line disconnected and called back immediately... voicemail. Called again... voicemail. I called a 3rd time... straight to vm. I decided to go down to the office to take a picture of the shining example of customer service that "Jeanie" had been thus far ... I arrived and asked who answered the phones. Jeanie replied "Me and Kenyatta...". I asked to whom was I speaking with an hour ago and she asked me my name. When I told her, she replied that it was her and started to explain that the phone cut off when she took another call. I asked why she didn't call me back and another employee responded that the office is short staffed. I asked why it would still take almost an hour to call me back and why neither of my three calls were answered or returned themselves. At this point, the employe that responded about staffing earlier started becoming irate asking me what was the point I was getting to. Stating "Do you want another appointment or not..?" When I said I was not talking to her she exclaimed "it doesn't matter, that's my coworker and you talking to her." I turned to address her and she moved to close the door on me and physically struck me with it as I threw my arm up to stop her closing it on me entirely. This is how a dentist's office that I received help from 15 years ago treats a patient today. I left in anger and with sincere elbow pain.

I was told the clinic provide free replacement of a defective crown for one year. My Insurance company will pay to replace a defective/worn crown after five years. Therefore, it seems illogical that I should be responsible for full payment to replace a broken, apparently defective, crown installed for only two years.

I had a 3.30 pm appointment June 10th 2021. School is out I went with my son who is nine because we have been out on errands. On my arrival I was greeted by staff who said only the patient is allowed I explained he is a minor he can sit in the waiting area. Which they have closed an forcing patients both elderly and young to wait outside in 87 degrees weather. The staff was not compassionate nor expressed any empathy. I left and would not return. All my medical clinics allow you in the facility sitting at a distant. Customer service is important especially in this time. We pay for this service it's not free. Would not recommend.

The extensive work that I had done is absolutely beautiful. Covid-19 hit in the middle of my treatment plan so everything got delayed. The Dr/staff went above/beyond to get me taken care of. In the end, 5 mo's later I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much for

Very unprofessional.. my kids insurance just got changed and this was the dentist they were referred to. I made an appointment then they called to cancel my appointment due to the dentist Wasn't going to be in that day. So they booked my children another appointment for a month later for me to walk in my appointment and they said oh we canceled the appointment because you never confirmed! So I asked who called me she answers i don't know ... I said well who texted me she said I don't know and I can bring them another day ! I took off for theses appointments that they keep canceling and remind you nobody contacted me to confirm any appointment! I told the lady I'll just find another dentist and she said ok....
