Extremely rude on the phone. Called for a toothache and when they picked up there was no hello thank you for calling. Immediately asked if we were the ones calling for a cleaning. When told no they said well we cant help you until the 11th and hung up.

Highly not recommended. Takes multiple appointments to get anything done and then they still don't want to do it .would not recommended for anyone.

I made an appointment to have some teeth worked on after cracking a moler. They took X-rays and cleaned my teeth only to refer me to another dentist to have a root canal done. Why waste my time and money taking x-rays and cleans my teeth to only refer me to a "real dentist". Now I have more sensitive teeth that hurt all the time with no benefit from my visit. They just need to close their doors.

Repeatedly called my ex-husband, after being told to remove him from my charts. HIPPA violations galore. I will never go to a place that doesn't respect my privacy or safety.

Went to get dentures made, it took 4 trips and 4 months to get them. The last two times I had to call and see if they had gotten my teeth in after A month had went by each time. It didn't matter if you were early or on time for your appointment you always waited for at least an hour. This last time I went was there 10 minutes before my appointment time, there was two people in front of me, set there for thirty minutes and a family walked in and they took them back before me. I walked out and won't be going back there.

I took my mother to have a tooth pulled here. It shouldn't have been a tough procedure due to the fact it was only one tooth in the front. The tooth was pretty solid and she had no other issues any time she had a tooth pulled before. She came out in terrible pain and the extraction had taken 2 hours. She was crying and shaking. I felt terrible for her. Today her face is purple and bruised. Do not recommend this lady dentist.

Dr. Ballard and staff have earned a life long customer in me. I got new insurance in October and I needed a bunch of work done. I set an appointment on Tuesday and I was in the office on Wednesday. They checked out my insurance and worked out a plan to get everything I needed right away. When I was having my procedure done, they showed A+ bedside manners and were very gentle with me and my mouth. If you need work done, you can't wrong wrong with them.
