Very happy with orthodontic services by Dr McBeth, done for our family. She and the staff were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and prompt. The office was easy to locate. Dr McBeth is one of the best orthodontists in NWA. Highly recommend!

Dr. McBeth and her team are incredible. I am not from the area, and I needed a very important, time sensitive repair. She did a fantastic job on both my repair, as well as making me feel welcome and comfortable through it all. Highly recommend this practice to anyone. Everyone there is so kind! My dad, sister, and myself have all gotten braces from Dr. McBeth over the years. Our experiences with her and her staff members have always been warm and welcoming. I recently needed to replace a permanent retainer. Dr. McBeth was quick to respond and fit me into her schedule. Having not been there in some time, it was so nice that she was interested in knowing how my family and I have been doing. My entire family would be more than happy to recommend Dr. McBeth to a friend!

Dr. McBeth did my son's braces and recently did Invisalign for me. I am ecstatic with the results. I can't stop smiling to show them off. I highly recommend them.

Dr. McBeth is wonderful! I highly recommend her. She is great with kids and adults alike. She herself, has a very calming personality and just makes the experience most comfortable. She takes time to explain and answers any questions. She and the staff are very accommodating and will work with you in scheduling appointments and even last minutes work-in's .

Would give a zero if possible. Once they've collected payment. Customer service is done. There was a time long ago this was the most respected Orthodontist in town. Or maybe the ONLY I don't know. But will be taking my family's business elsewhere moving forward.

Refused to reschedule with me when I had covid. Made me pay hundreds of dollars to fix my permanent retainer that has broken over and over after 12 years even though I asked for a removable one. She said this is better and it lasted less than 6 months. Very rude and told me to find someone new after 17 years. Do not recommend.

Dr McBeth and staff are always very kind! Dr. McBeth does an excellent job explaining and teaching as she works, which eliminates any fear! Would definitely recommend!!
