Very nice, very gentel, and very professional, absolutly one of the best experiences I have had, seen me on short notice, and was up front and honest with me, extremely clean and just very nice, the whole staff, I will definetly use this practice from now on for me and my family, thank you guys very much

Be careful they love your money. I had been told this before. A lady I know they told her she needed a deep cleaning and it was a large amount she couldn't pay for at the time. They argued with her over it. When I heard her story I didn't think too much of it. I have been going there for at least 7 years. When I got my teeth cleaned recently. I thought it was weird they put fluoride on my teeth. They've never done that before. I trusting them didn't think much of it. Today I received a bill from them for an adult fluoride treatment that I didn't ask for. Money is tight for everyone and to penny pinch people into something just so they have to pay a little more. No thanks. Lost my business and my trust. Told them this when I called to pay the bill the girl on the phone said it was just fine with them. They don't care truly are all about that money.

Dr. McAfee and all staff that I have encountered are ABSOLUTELY incredible with amazing compassion. They all go above and beyond to make sure your dental care is as pleasurable as possible! 10/10 recommend.

I could not say better things about this office! I had an emergency root canal/abscess and was in awful pain. They got me in within an hour as a new patient. Gave me antibiotics for the abscess. Called checking on me the next day. A week later the procedure was done. I had high anxiety, they constantly checked on me during the procedure. The ladies in the front were so sweet. Dr. McAfee was super caring and gentle! This will be my new dentist! Love this place!!

Went and had a tooth extracted and was given nothing for the pain afterwards. I was told to take Advil and Motrin even after explaining to the receptionist of previous issues with Motrin. She would not even get the dentist to let me talk to him claim that he does them better and pain management is not needed. Had I know this would have happened I would NOT have let them do the work. Very dissatisfied.

I had a dental emergency and they got me in the same day! Dr.McAfee is amazing the staff was awesome. Everyone made sure I was comfortable. No long wait, I was literally in and out within an hour. I was excruciating pain and the first thing they focused on is making me feel better. I will definitely be switching over to this group. I live 45 minutes away and it's worth the drive. They set up affordable plans, and their very honest on the care you need. Their patient care is the best I've ever experienced! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! My mom wanted to pray with me, the staff got quiet put their stuff down and respected what my mom wanted. To me that's amazing, the respect they have for others is heartwarming. You don't find many people like this! Dr.McAfee didn't rush he took his time with me and made me feel like I was important. Great job guys from the front desk to the back y'all are truly amazing people.

This place might have been a really good if it wasn't for the rude staff. I ended up walking out because they did not want to file for my insurance. They wanted me to pay 100% upfront until they had "time" to file for it. If they want to accept new clients than they need to have staff that is willing to help. Not staff that just wants the paycheck and leave. I was very calm and polite during the visit. Definitely do not recommend.

I would highly recommend them. I woke up with a swollen jaw from an abscess tooth. Called a few places and they were all booked till next week. Called McAfee and they were booked as well but the receptionist told me that she was going to see what she could do and call me back. A few minutes later she called and asked how fast could I get there. Now that's what I call excellent customer service. I had never been there before and the staff are Soo friendly. The atmosphere is calming and the dentist was awesome. They made me feel calm and relaxed. Didn't feel any pain during my tooth extraction. I will definitely go back.
