Dr. Thomas McGillicuddy was born and raised in Needham, MA. Since 1984 Dr. McGillicuddy has been providing periodontal oral healthcare, with a focus on periodontal surgery and the placement of dental implants. Dr. McGillicuddy received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine and Periodontology Degree from Tufts University. He also completed Dental Implantology Training at Harvard University.
Dr. McGillicuddy is a board certified periodontist and is a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. He has lectured for Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He is a member of numberous prestigious organiziations including the American Dental Association, American Academy of Periodontology, Academy of Osseointegration, Massachusetts Dental Society, Metropolitan District Dental Society, and Charles River Dental Society.
Dr. McGillicuddy has devoted his professional career to all aspects of periodontics and implantology with special interests in Dental Implants, Cosmetic Periodontal Surgery, Gingival Grafting, and Bone Regenerative Procedures. To keep abreast of thelatest developments in Periodontics and Implantology, Dr. McGillicuddy has always exceeded continuing education requirements.
