My experience was not pleasant and neither were my friend's visit. The way this office files insurance is a bit of a pain. You have to pay initially out of pocket then they send off (well they give it to you to mail off) the paper work. I was told over the phone that I would be charged $75 for a consultation including my recent x-rays. After my consultation I was charged $200. I tried to explain how someone from the office contacted me twice and confirmed $75 but they did not listen and did not refund me my $200. On top of this I was quoted $850 for one tooth to be pulled and bone grafting. After finding out my friend had a similarly experience we came to the conclusion that this dentistry office is too expensive and there is a lack of communication in the office. If you are considering this office please get an clear understanding about what is expected of you upon arrived, be prepared to pay out of pocket and do not expect fair pricing.

Had to have dental work this morning and Dr McDonald and his staff was amazing. I hope I will not have to get more done. But if I do , I hope it's at Dr McDonald's.
