Dr. Keith McDonald wanted to be a dentist since he was a young man, and has now served the Las Vegas community for more than 30 years. He enjoys the one-on-one interactions and relationships he has built with his patients while helping them achieve their desired dental health goals. With a focus on general and cosmetic dentistry, Dr. McDonald has the unique opportunity to improve his patients oral health while also increasing their self-esteem and confidence with a beautiful smile.
A native of Las Vegas, NV, Dr. McDonald graduated from Ed W. Clark High School and attended Brigham Young University before transferring to the University of Nevada-Reno, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree. He completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco, CA.
Dr. McDonald continues to refine his dental skills in diagnostic treatment and technology though a wide variety of continuing education. In addition, he is an active member of the Southern Nevada Dental Society, the Nevada Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.
Having grown up in the Las Vegas community and being the recipient of the many local programs and opportunities, Dr. McDonald is committed to helping others reap the same benefits given to him. He has been involved in the Boy Scouts of America and an ecclesiastical leader in his church, and in the past has worked with community gardening, Eagle Scout projects, and the Blind Center.
Dr. Keith McDonald is pleased to welcome Dr. Shane Ellsworth to his dental practice. As a well-seasoned dentist, Dr. Ellsworth brings a wealth of training to our patients. After graduating from Chaparral High School, Dr. Ellsworth attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas before his acceptance at UNLV School of Dental Medicine. After graduation in 2007, he attended a one-year residency program at Saint Francis Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut. After completion of this residency, Dr. Ellsworth spent 3 years working in private practice in Connecticut before purchasing his own practice in McMinnville Oregon. For the past few years, Dr. Ellsworth has served throughout Las Vegas and Henderson NV working with Smile Solutions and Desert Dental.
Dr. Ellsworth continued post-graduate training and matriculation with the Dawson Academy, which has provided advanced training in the most up-to-date procedures in dentistry. He is licensed to administer IV moderation sedation and works with others to provide general anesthesia. Everything from routine dental checkups, fillings, root canal, same-day crown, replacement of missing teeth with bridges/dental implants, or a complete smile makeover you can count on Dr. Ellsworth to provide the highest level of care in a very comfortable way for even the most fearful patient. He has helped hundreds of patients overcome their fear of dental treatment with his caring and compassionate demeanor.

I help our office run efficiently and keep instruments sterilized and in proper working order, in addition to keeping all exam rooms spotless and well stocked. I love working with our patients and enjoy supporting our team in encouraging good dental health. Most importantly, I want each patient to have a wonderful dental experience.
I started working in a dental lab when I was 16 and realized my passion for dentistry. I started training to become a chairside assistant and joined Dr. McDonalds team in 2009. I enjoy getting to know our patients and helping them have a positive, comfortable dental experience.
My dental career began in 1989 and I was fortunate enough to join Dr. McDonalds team in 2004. I love our patients! Every day I learn from them, and I truly believe that helping with their dental hygiene is a privilege and honor.
As the first person our patients meet when they come into the office, I am sure to greet everyone with a friendly smile. I assist our patients with all their scheduling, registration, and insurance/financial needs, and make sure our office runs smoothly from day to day. I greatly respect Dr. McDonald for his honesty and integrity as he provides quality dental care for each of his patients. I also like working with the rest of our team and consider all of them to be family.
I began working in an orthodontic office in 1991. Have been a hygienist for 20 years. I love giving our patients confidence in their smiles and building relationships with my patients and helping them with all aspects of their oral health. I strive to make the patient's visit as pleasant as possible.
