I love watching a smile transform into a positive result that changes a persons life. As a teenager, I was self-conscious about my teeth until orthodontics changed my smile. I LOVE being able to help others feel the same way!
I graduated from Gorham High School (Go Rams!) and then Springfield College in Western Massachusetts. I trained at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine for both my Dental Medicine Degree and Orthodontic Certificate (Go Jumbos!). Finally, I attended Harvard University to complete my Masters in Public Health (Go Crimson!)

We initially met with Dr. Meg, who spent quality time with us going over options explaining them fully. We were getting a 2nd opinion and felt that her recommendations were best for our son. He has now completed his treatments with great success, and throughout the whole process, it was a pleasure to work with both doctors and the entire staff. They are all so kind, knowledgeable and obviously passionate about their work. The office is also very clean, comfortable and modern... and we'll get to continue our visits, as our daughter is now a patient as well!

I highly recommend the practice of Mbrace Orthodontics. I have just finished three years of orthodontic work with them. From the initial meetings to arranging a payment plan to the obvious care and friendliness of the staff I can not say enough good about the care these professionals have taken to create a practice where the patient is empowered be she a child or an adult. I am an adult and a teacher. I was continually impressed with how each staff member interacted with each patient. I loved how the children were encouraged to sign in themselves and lead their work. When we were submerged in the pandemic they smoothly shifted procedures. Their care to ensure safety for all is paramount. Yet the practice is STILL a warm and caring place to be.

Friendly staff and a great facility. They listen to what you have to say and provide usefull & specialized treatment options. They went above and beyond what I've come to expect from any medical based facilities. 10/10

Was in Maine on a vacation and my braces had an issue. Were able to fit me in as an emergency patient. Treated me without knowing my history. And we're all round incredibly lovely. I'd highly recommended this place.

I love Mbrace Orthodontics! From the beautiful and CLEAN environment, to the friendly and knowledgeable staff, I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I came to them about a year ago asking for Invisalign because I was 22 at the time and really wanted to perfect my smile ... fast forward a year later, I am already done with the process and now I cannot stop showing off my beautiful smile :) A big thank you to Dr. Mac Carthy and her team for their expertise and care.

Every experience I had with MBrace was awesome. All the staff there were super knowledgable, friendly, and talkative. I thought I wouldn't like going to the orthodontist and while some of the procedures were uncomfortable, the doctors and nurses made it a lot easier.

mBrace orthodontics has not disappointed. My son, now 12, has had a great experience. This was a kid who didn't like the dentist for years. He's currently in Phase 1 of his dental experience where he's had a palette expander, short term braces, and now his second retainer (top)and working on a third (Bottom)retainer. Each experience has been tolerated very well because of the care given. He still has a way to go but we have been given a clear explanation as to what's to come. Each procedure has been explained so that my son understands and feels comfortable. I have no doubt that his teeth will look and feel amazing when he is finished. The financial process, ease of scheduling, text notifications and safety precautions are also excellent.

Highly recommend this orthodontist! The staff are professional, knowledgeable and very very kind. I am very impressed with their COVID safety protocols and feel very comfortable sending my elementary age daughter in by herself. Dr. Meg has been wonderful to work with :)

After visiting 3 other offices, Mbrace was the first office that made me feel comfortable receiving adult orthodontics. I still had impacted canine teeth from childhood and they have been amazing through this not so easy process. They were also the first office who didn't insist I needed metal braces. As a 27 year old adult who works with the public, I was not ready to put on metal braces again and so far, the Invisalign process has been great. I don't think I would have finally received the services I needed if I didn't meet them! All the staff is extremely professional and welcoming. I highly recommend!

My wife is in treatment at Mbrace. She has nothing but really great things to say about the docs, the team, and the treatment. I actually went for a consult too and saw Dr. Mac. She was really attentive/caring and thoroughly looked at my xray. Her husband works at Oral Surgery Associates where I got my wisdom teeth out. Both offices are really great!

By far the best staff and office in Southern Maine! Over my 2 year treatment, I never once had an experience that wasn't anything but legendary. Dr. Mac and Dr. Dombroski are not only great medical professionals, but truly terrific people! Highly recommend their services!
