I needed surgery for a large cyst as a child and have been seeing Dr. Mazzei for nearly 20 years. He is a wonderful DR and very friendly, caring and treats me like family. He performed a very difficult surgery on me and made it as painless as possible. He has great bedside manner and I look forward to seeing him for follow up appts. Staff is nice as well and was very good at following covid safety guidelines. Family members have also had good experiences. Highly recommend!

Just left the office. In expected pain following extraction. This office is THE ANSWER! I am grateful for Karen who set my appointment, the staff that received me and helped with paperwork and X-ray. Caroleena has the best bedside manner (would hire her if I could). Tina who completed my process is excellent. Dr Mazzei could not have been more patient and understanding. He's witty and distracting, quick but gentle. I know I gave him a run for his money today. I wish all Drs had his disposition. Ronnie, thanks for convincing me to go with the anesthesia After Ronnie explained the (very reasonable) out of pocket costs and insurance adjustments she told me WE'LL TAKE CARE OF YOU FIRST AND WORK OUT THE DETAILS LATER. Can't say enough about this practice. Excellent!

Dr. Mazzei was suggested to me by a friend. I had an issue with a wisdom tooth over the weekend. Called first thing Monday morning and had an appointment scheduled for noon! I don't have dental and they worked with that and gave me a great deal and on top of that a discount. And even a little more once I said I'd pay cash. I won't disclose the amount but I was shocked when given the bill. It was significantly less then I expected! The staff was great everyone there is so friendly especially Dr. Mazzei. The procedure was so quick. He had my first wisdom tooth out in no more then 2 minutes and I didn't feel a thing. The whole procures took no more then 15 minutes. Definitely less and one tooth was impacted. Fast forward for days and I'm feeling great. I didn't get pain meds. I didnt swell! They told me to use ice pads 15 on 15 off. I basically used ice for 6 hours. People couldn't believe I had it done. I came from montauk and would absolutely suggest anyone to go there. If I could give 6 stars I would! I've had another tooth pulled elsewhere and it took so long, left me swollen,and cost nearly as much as this whole procedure. Live and learn. Dr. Mazzei rocks

This whole office has gone above and beyond. Dr. Karim was so comforting yesterday when I went in with a gum infection. He made sure I was doing okay during and after the procedure. Fast forward about 15 hours I was so nervous about the pain I was experiencing, I ended up calling the office's 24 hour emergency line. Dr. Mazzei got back to me within 15 minutes (keep in mind that it was around 1am) listened to all my questions and concerns. He ended up easing my mind as well as advised me that the office opens at 9am and just to come in to follow up but also said what I was experiencing was normal after my procedure. Needless to say, I highly recommend this practice. The staff was so kind and helpful as well. If you are a nervous person such as myself and want excellent oral surgeons this is definitely the place to go.

My son had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and the experience with Dr. Mazzei and his entire staff was outstanding. Dr. Mazzei took time to carefully explain what to expect, was available to discuss questions after the procedure as well. His nursing staff was outstanding (Melissa especially) with the after care in the recovery area. We would definitely use Dr. Mazzei again for any oral surgery needs.
