Dr. Leanne Mazzeis interest in orthodontics began early when, at the age of 13, she worked in her fathers orthodontic practice in New York. She has proudly served the community for over 20 years and has created over 10,000 beautiful Mazzei smiles. Dr. Mazzei is very committed to combining the right mix of personal care, high technology, and continuing education.
Dr. Mazzei graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After working as an R.N. in Philadelphia and New York, Dr. Mazzei returned to earn her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry. She then completed two years of postdoctoral orthodontic training at NYU.
Dr. Mazzei is a current member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontists, the Southern Association of Orthodontists, the American Association of Women Dentists, the South Florida Academy of Orthodontists, the Florida Dental Association, and the Broward Dental Society.

Wow. I just got my braces off today and just wow. I love Dr. Mazzei and the staff. They are super professional, nice, and helpful. I know that I am a difficult patient since I am a perfectionist but they all understood this and were super patient with me. I appreciate all the time and effort that was put into my new smile. Whenever I was not happy with how something looked I let them know and when it was possible they perfected it. I always wanted a tooth gem and even with that they helped and put it on safely. It is always difficult for me to trust people when it comes to fixing my appearance especially something as important as teeth. I put my whole trust into the team and they delivered. I also love the vibe in the room and feel safe knowing that the whole team knows what they are doing. I am not sure what else to say just wow. Huge thank you to everyone. Definitely recommend if you want a beautiful smile.

Dr. Mazzei is excellent! She is great with the kids and super honest. She was able to intervene on my youngest and beautifully fixed his teeth. One tooth came in sideways before her intervention. She also took great care of him between his two phases. Dr. Mazzei could have easily told me my other son needed two phases, but as honest as she is, she told me he only needed one phase. Her assistants and staff are super professional and helpful also, especially Olga. It is a pleasure to go there. Great Orthodontist and down to Earth. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The entire office and staff is professional, kind, clean and compassionate. Dr. Mazzei is thorough and very helpful in explaining all aspects of the process as well as pricing. Hands down an easy place to be and recommend. Olga at the front also is wonderful with the scheduling! Highly recommend and no unnecessary upcharges.

I had a consultation with Dr. Mazzei in Coral Springs and I was incredibly impressed. Honest and Wise! I have seen several other Orthodontists in town for myself and children and was incredibly thankful for her genuine care and direction. In todays day, very hard to find a gem like her. So so happy to have found Dr. Mazzei and her team!!!! After 2 1/2 years of braces, my teeth look better than I could have ever imagined!!! Dr. Mazzei is so sweet and always is looking out for the best for her patients! Her team in the office is wonderful as well and very friendly! If you're looking for a great orthodontist I would 100% recommend coming here, my sister came to Dr Mazzei 15 years ago, and here I am today!! Thanks for everything Dr Mazzei!

OMG YOU GUYS, I MEAN I FEEL LIKE A BRAND NEW PERSON AFTER INVESTING MY TIME IN GOING TO GET BRACES AT DR MAZZEI ORTHODONTICS. SHE HAS AN AMAZING STAFF AND HER WORK SPEAKS FOR ITSELF. SHE HAS A VERY CLEAN OFFICE SETTING AND ALWAYS HAS POSITIVE FEED BACK WHEN GOING TO EACH VISIT. Dr. Mazzei and her team are excellent! I loved going in for appointments this office is ran by women and every time I went the vibe was always positive. I would recommend them to any and everybody! The reason I gave them 3 stars is because when I started my braces they told me that my insurance charges a $500 fee (although my insurance sent them $1000) that I had to pay out of pocket totaling to $1500 upfront. Fast forward to November of last year I moved and needed to change providers, when I contacted my insurance company and inquired about my dental plan I was told that the insurance company charges no initial fee. I feel like I was lied to and bamboozled for whatever reason. If the office charges $500 to start the braces then I believe they should be clear about that instead of putting it off on the insurance company. Other than that I enjoyed being a patient here

I am an almost 63 year old woman. My teeth have gotten increasingly crooked with the years. When I consulted with Dr Mazzei, for orthodonture, I knew immediately this office was the right fit for me. The caring, straightforward explanations of treatment, friendly staff, immaculate spaces & Dr. Mazzei's knowledge & experience sold me. I began the journey 6 weeks ago, & my teeth are so much straighter already! Shout out to Olga, Jesus & Di for their professional. kind ways.

Dr. Mazzei is an excellent orthodontist! Her professionalism and great personality make going into the office a great experience.! The office is so clean and the staff is taking extra measures to make sure everyone is safe and Corona free! This is my second round with Dr. Mazzei. I didn't wear my retainers so I'm back and didn't think twice about returning to the best orthodontist in Broward County!
