Mayo Dental Family Dentistry - General dentist in Edgewater, MD

Her goal is to provide quality dental care to my patients in a comfortable and inviting environment. Before any procedure, she likes to show and explain the whole procedure that I intend to do, to bring in a greater level of patient understanding and cooperation. She feels people dont fear dentistry; they fear the unknown. Shed like to remove that fear and provide quality dental treatment with utmost patient satisfaction. Thank you for your trust, and she looks forward to serving all of your dental needs!

Dr. Keer has been practicing dentistry since 2004 and likes to cook, travel, listen to music and workout in her free time. She used to teach as a dental student while studying at Tufts and would like to back into teaching at the University of Maryland at some point.

She takes pride in everything she does and is constantly taking continued education classes to keep up with the advances in dentistry. She is a member of several dental associations and local study clubs. Besides basic dentistry, some advanced dental procedures she provides are Six-month Smile, Clear Correct and same day crowns using the Cerec machine.

My daughter had an appointment today for a few fillings. While in her chair, Dr. Puneeta Keer tells her assistant "this is going to take long there are so many" and "I'm starting to not like my job" as they roll their eyes at each other and the assistant giggles as if it were funny. My daughter went in there nervous and anxious, even verbally expressed her feelings to Dr. Keer and that's how she was treated. We have been coming here for years but NEVER AGAIN!! If you don't like your job then QUIT. I am absolutely disgusted and outraged by the sheer disrespect, disregard and unprofessional behavior.

Dr Keer was AWESOME! My daughter had never had a tooth filled and was extremely anxious. Dr Keer was so kind & sensitive, addressing her fears and confidently getting the job done. Very grateful to have found someone who cared for my child as if her own. Will be bringing the entire family back to MAYO Dental.

Dr.Punita Keer She has so much experience and her entire team super professional. Got my several treatments done everything was on Point and results were Amazing Thank You Dr.Punita Keer & Mayo Dental Team. I would highly recommend this place. Trust me everything you read this was my experience.

worse services ever. They always try to play smart, people who works upfront (desk) are the worse their customer services is poor, they don't know what they doing and charge you for staff that was never discuss on previos visit. When you ask for explanation, all they say is "they don't know , but thats the price to be paid" I definitely will never recommend this place to nobody .

Dr. Puneeta is amazing! I went in pretty nervous requiring a tooth abstraction, she removed the tooth in a matter of minutes. Everything was done in a comfortable and professional environment

I had been to Mayo Dental previously years ago and was impressed. But after my recent experience I am now actually thinking of moving my insurance to another provider just so I can go here. I had been treated poorly at another dentist's office and what was scheduled to be a temporary crown ended up becoming a tooth extraction. Since the dentist at the other location had cracked my tooth I was scared to continue the process of an extraction or even trust their opinon. I was so upset I called my mom, who has been going to Dr. Keer for years, and she got me an emergency appointment within 2 -3 hours! They were able to help me and guide me in the right direction. I really appreciate how kind and informative they were. 10/10

Quizas tienes tus anos trabajando ahi y se te percibe en tu tono tu altaneria y despectiva forma de tratar a los latinos. Si no eres cliente de ahi y no hablas Ingles . Ni te molestes en llamar. Te trataran de manera miserable.

Worse place ever !!! Made a appt for my 11 yrs old that had a bad tooth a week and a half ago and because I couldnt come to my phone to confirm when they wanted which they did call 2x back to back they gave her appt away and told me and my daughter she couldn't be seen, how unethical is this. Don't bother to make an appt. there youll never know if it's given away to on of there friends especially if your a state MD card holder you come last to them . We made another appt with a dentist that didn't wait to see my daughter in a week or two when he heard the situation and what Mayo Dental did he saw her immediately. Thank God there's still good ethical people in this world Mayo Dental take a lesson .

Abandoned patient missing my crown after 2months (8left messages )of trying to get Z or anyone to give me a treatment plan i never get a call back. So beware unless its a cleaning Or easily gotten insurance xrays &office fees you cant get em on the phone no matter how you beg for HELP!

I used to be a patient here, and when I was an active patient is what I have based my review on. You're welcome. Clearly nothing has change based upon the owner's response to this. This is the most unfriendly and rude establishment I have ever been to. Both the dentist and receptionists I dealt with were nasty and stereotyped me. I will never come here again.

Crook of a dentist What an absolute ripoff, Dentist is a real crook! Had to cancel an appointment last minute due to a monetary emergency and I was charged $100 cancellation fee. When I asked if I could keep the appointment and be billed for the $177 the appointment would've cost the answer was no either I pay the $177 and come to the appointment that day or I'm charged $100 cancellation fee
