Dentistry has always been a huge part of Dr. Goodmans life, ever since she was a child. While growing up, she spent a lot of time in her fathers practice and even helped out as a dental assistant. After completing an undergraduate degree in dental hygiene, shed built up a strong knowledge base of preventive care and wanted to pursue her love of the field even further by becoming a dentist in her own right.
Dr. Goodman achieved her Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Michigan Dental School in 1988 (go Blue). She has also received advanced training and extensive experience in a number of unique dental specialties over the years, including sleep apnea, geriatric dentistry, and military dental health. Her top priority as a dentist is to create an atmosphere of trust and comfort while also establishing long-lasting relationships with patients.
Dr. Goodman attends continuing education courses whenever possible to keep her skills sharp and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field. She is also the proud recipient of one of Hour Magazines Top Dentist Awards for expertise in family dentistry from 2015 to 2018!
Dr. Goodman and her husband Stewart have two grown children named Justin and Lauren. In her free time, she enjoys reading, walking, teaching religious school, going to the theater, watching University of Michigan and MSU football games, and doing just about anything with those she loves. She is also very passionate about community work and has even traveled as far as Samoa to provide important dental care to military personnel.
Dr. Isler participated in the six-year inteflex program at the University of Detroit Dental School, receiving both his Bachelors of Science and his Doctor of Dental Surgery. After practicing in Dearborn, MI, he chose to return to the University of Detroit in order to enter the Graduate Periodontal Residency program, where he achieved his Masters of Science in Periodontics and became Board-Certified by the State of Michigan.
Dr. Islers clinical work is widely celebrated and has even been published in the Practical Procedures in Aesthetic Dentistry peer-reviewed journal. He regularly pursued continuing education and has received certifications in conscious sedation and advanced anesthesia.

Worst Dental Experience Ever! Called ahead of time with insurance information for my wife and confirmed everything is covered. When I pick up my wife I find they have charged an extra $300 (without an itemized bill!!?) and covered cleaned only 1/2 her teeth, scheduling to clean the 2nd half the following day!!! Then cancel they cancel that appt to reschedule the following week. And few days ahead they call to say they forgot to charge us more money.... like what!!? When I called to ask why they charged us so much, they argumentatively explained the extra charge was for "special cleaning" on individual teeth and they were pending to charge even more in next visit. This was so shady we opted for a different dentist and didn't want anything to do with MayFair. Now months later I find they are charging us a $100 cancelation fee for not showing up to clean the rest of the teeth, while expecting to charge us more.... We went to a Laurich nearby with same insurance and they provided us excellent service (cleaning all teeth)without deceptively charging us anything extra... I don't understand at all why same situation resulted in 2 completely different experiences. I don't usually post anything, but had to express this injustice as I'm being forced to pay their vindictive fees without proper service!! Seriously can't express enough hatred for this treatment!

Worst experience. All what they care about is the money! They force you to come back multiple times for the same issue to milk the insurance company. They keep insisting on selling you products every visit. Half of the staff are rude. DO NOT Recommend! I would have given them 0 star if I could !

MayFair has been fantastic. They helped me with an emergency extraction then the implant to replace it. They've also done a crown and a filling. I've worked with 3 of the dentists in different specialties and each has been top notch and the staff is also awesome and friendly and fun. Highly recommend these guys.

We have been going to Mayfair dentist for several years. Dr. Linda Goodman is the best! All of the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The dental hygienists are great with kids as well.

Great Customer Service!!!!! A+++ I can not say enough about this dentist office, the staff is amazing and the Doctors a god send! They truly truly care about thier patients! If you try them once, you will NEVER go anywhere else! I drive 40 minutes to get there and would drive 4 hours if I had to! Amazing! Dr Goodman is insanely funny, talented and a perfectionist!! Love love love this dentist!!!
