Dr. Maya is a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia, PA where he received extensive training and experience in all aspects of dentistry. He is a San Fernando Valley native and returned to the valley to give back and serve his community.
Dr. Maya has also had advanced training incosmetic dentistryat a variety of post doctoral programs. He is a member of the American Dental Association and keeps up diligently on the latest trends and continuing dental education.
Instead of metal brackets and wires, patients wear a series of invisible aligners that gently move the teeth to the desired position. The aligners can be easily removed to eat, drink, brush, and floss.

What a great experience! Doctor Maya and his team are the most friendly, helpful and diligent group of people in any dental office in the valley. Can't say enough positive things about them so I'd just suggest you call Karla and make an appointment to see the doctor, you can't go wrong!

Love Dr. Maya and his whole staff! I found this dentist when I used to live in Sherman Oaks. Now that I moved to Northern California, I still book a flight to BUR to go to Maya Dental. Those of you who live in the area may not know how good you have it! Will always go to Dr. Maya for any dental work. Highly recommended!!!

Dr. Maya & his team of assistance's have help me overcome my fear of dentists. Everyone in the office was kind, patient and tolerant while I built trust in them. Afterwards, and it took awhile - I started to relax and all my treatments were finally completed. I no longer have any anxiety going to Dr. Maya's office and want to thank everyone for the terrific care. :)
