Please get second opinion when you get are told you have cavities. Place looks gross. I got other opinions and was told I'm fine. Unfortunatly I did have a few done and paid cash.

Despite choosing to never return to this terrible place for more than half a decade I got a sneaky spam call asking if I needed a cleaning. Me thinking it was my ACTUAL dentist's office, I booked an appointment. Once I realized what had happened I cancelled immediately. Why after YEARS would they think I'd come back? When I did go there I was told I had 8 cavities but they refused to fill them because I "required a deep cleaning" that they said I'd have to pay more than $500 out of pocket for. I asked if they could find out if my insurance could cover it. They said they'd call me to let me know. 6 months later (after I found a different dentist that wasn't scamming me) they called to tell me that my deep cleaning wasn't covered. Screw this place! Avoid it at all costs!

The office manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. I needed a simple cleaning they couldn't verify my insurance because the office manager didnt listen correctly I did her job in a tree way call with my insurance to find out she entered my sos incorrectly. When I met the dental hygienist i asked what was being done to me and in a very condescending voice and manner she says a cleaning and check up...so I ask what exactly consist of a "check up" it was like I had done something wrong she answered " I already told you" I got up made a complaint to the dentist was dismissed from the office by the dentist. Anyone who is uneasy about dentist visits Avoid this place save your money spend it somewhere where they will appreciate your business and you as the patient. I wouldn't let my kids be attended by these rude unorganized unprofessional staff....they use to be really nice before they changed address and name with a very friendly staff too bad I'll happily spend my money elsewhere

This place is so terrible we used to take out daughter here and her experience with the doctor was unbelievable as to my my older child who would take her there they would treat her badly and say they couldn't do anything because she didn't know what kind of crown they where going to put on my child they did many samples and always lose them They made filings in she teeth that weren't needed and used her insurance for money My daughter told me when they were taking her tooth out they kept putting amnesia in her gums even though she was screaming to stop after the surgery she came back with purple gums and were bleeding from the waiting room we could here my child screaming in pain please don't take you children here.

This place is Very unorganized, front desk staff don't always make notes on your files we ended up paying a lot more for my daughter's braces, we had to make a monthly payment every time she had a visit to the dentist other wise they would not let you see the dentist we were paying $250 every monthly visit, after like a year we ask for the balance and it didn't make any sense the girls were like there is nothing noted we had our system upgraded, so bottom line very unorganized., So hard to call there they never answer the phone you leave messages they never return them,. When you have an appointment and for whatever reason the dentist it's not going to be there they never call you to let you know.,

My kids and I have been going here for years. Most affordable dentist in the area! They quote the best prices anywhere. New dentist is really nice and made me very comfortable and dental assistants and front desk staff is Wonderful.

This place is terrible what they did to my daughter is unbelievable they used her for money and did meany things to her that's wasn't needed they practically hurt my child they said she had 15 cavity's we went to a different dentist and said that she didn't have a cavity's and meany filings that weren't needed at all parents don't take you children here it's terrible

We were there 6 weeks ago for a cleaning, my mom needs root canal to be done and they told us they need to call Insurance and find out how much it will cover, they never called us I have called several time and left messages and no one has returns my calls. I have left in English and Spanish still waiting.

During a routine cleaning I was suddenly told I had 2 cavities that needed to be filled which was pretty surprising considering I've never had a cavity in my life and no pain. Thankfully I got a 2nd opinion by another dentist who unsurprisingly said my teeth were perfectly fine and I had no cavities. Needless to say I won't be going back here again. Unfortunately reading more reviews it looks like I'm not the only one they tried to scam like this.. EDIT TO THEIR RESPONSE: That is a complete lie, I didn't even live in the area in 2015 and would have never even been here during that time. So completely bogus claim. My last visit was March 21, 2019 and have the documents to back that up. My earliest visit was July 2017. Even in review responses they're dishonest....

My husband needs dental work done and we don't have a lot of money. We came here because it said right on there website that they offer financing options and that the cost won't break the bank and that they offer affordable dental care. Well they don't offer affordable dental care and they don't offer financing because financing means that you can pay monthly but they require payments up front in like 2 weeks. So there prices will break the bank. So there website lied.

The staff was very friendly, and as I was a new patient, the doctor talked about my entire history with me before my exam. They were informative with everything they did and the cleaning was done quickly
