Dr. Elliott, a native Texan, graduated from Texas City High School where he participated in football and track. He continued his education at the University of Monroe, formerly Northeast Louisiana. He was awarded a full track scholarship, participated in shot-put and discus, was a four year letterman, team captain, graduated with honors and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree.

As always , I had another pleasant experience at Dr. Elliot's office from start to finish. Max kept the laughing gas coming. I laughed till I cried . I didn't even realize he had pulled a tooth till hours later . His wonderful assistant Patrick was very good at putting me at ease. He told me so many fishing stories about all the big monsters he had landed. I think some of the fish measurements were exaggerated ,but Hey , that's what all fishermen do. Last but not least was the lovely front desk receptionist. She was so professional and helpful. She is the only person I know that can make you look forward to a root canal . Thanks again to the great team at Max Elliot Dentistry .

I had more than 5 cavities diagnosed in March 2022. I got 1/5 drilled by this doctor- didn't feel right by the diagnosis got a second (and third) opinion both said I had ZERO signs of decay. The second and third dentist took their own X-rays and compared to what this dentist provided. This wasn't my first filling from this doctor either...now I'll have to manage and up keep several filled cavities for the rest of my life. I do not recommend without second opinion, be smart and don't trust without seeing the evidence.

I went into the office super nervous about getting my tooth pulled, but they calmed me down and assured me there wouldn't be any pain. And the procedure was done correctly and in a swift manner!

Dr. Elliott and his assistant Patrick were great through the whole procedure. He took the conservative approach instead of doing a root canal, which I thought I need it. This was my first visit, so I was nervous, but Dr. Elliott put me at ease. I highly recommend him and his entire office.

My parents recommended Dr. Elliott and we our blessed to have him as our kids' orthodontist. They have both been coming to him for orthodontic work ups and remain very happy with his care and service. Our first meeting at his clinic was very warm and welcoming. Patrick, his associate, was very nice and attentive to our needs and has explained the process of acquiring Invisalign for both kids thoroughly. So did Dr Elliott, he was extremely down to earth and kind. My kids have a bit fear of going to dental clinics and he made them feel very comfortable. He's also explained what's expected to be done to my kids in details. We are very pleased on our visit so far and we feel only great things to come from here. Thank you for the warmest accommodation. I've always had major anxiety going to the dentist, and put visits off, to the point that they would give me a mild sedative to ease my anxiety but I don't need to do that here. The staff are incredibly friendly and kind. They're not judgy and they explain everything. They work really well with scheduling. They're gentle. The hygienist asks if I'm okay while she's doing normal things, which I appreciate as it calms me down. The ambience is like a family, they are family. I have always felt comfortable going here. I've had terrible experiences with nearly ALL dentists and dental offices elsewhere where I felt like they didn't care or tried to get as much money out of me as possible and telling me I have cavities where I don't on second opinions. (Mint dentistry - the worst of all). I appreciate the level of care, friendliness, professionalism and knowledge here so much. Thank you Dickinson Dental!

Fabulous Staff and Great Dentist!! You'll feel at home with the staff. The Maxwell Elliott DDS and his daughter whose the technician care about your experience and goes over and beyond to crush the fears allot of ppl feel about their past dental experiences. You'll leave with a smile on your face after the visit. They actually kept watch over my small kiddos as I was getting a procedure done! This will be my family dentist for the foreseeable future
