Dr. Ulm is from a small town in Northern Ohio. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from The Ohio State University with degrees in Chemistry and a Doctor of Dental Surgery. He currently resides in Westerville and is excited to serve his community.

I am the proud Uncle of 3 very cute kids. Holden, 6 months, Isla, 4, and Kieran, 6, are near and dear to my family. Its really fun to watch them develop personalities and other skills. Theres nothing that brings me more joy than when one of them calls me Uncle Eccck because they cannot pronounce Eric.

Andreas husband, Dave, is a retired police officer and shes a proud mother of her son, Blake, who is enrolled at The Ohio State University. Dr. Ulm is happy to welcome Andreato his practice because she is allabout Ohio State sports.
Bertie retired from managing the Huron County Engineers Office and brings her expertise to our practice. She is a proud mother of two sons and grandmother to Kieran, Isla and Holden. When shes not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. Bertie and her husband, Rollie, raised Dr. Ulm to be the kind, compassionate and humorous person we have all come to love.

The staff and dentist are the best!! They are kind, extremely friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, caring and professional. The dentist is not the favorite for everyone, but they put you at ease.

Sloppy and cheap job. Very rude doctor, and rude assistants. The worst dentist that I have been. I hope no one would be treated the way they treat me. Good luck for who wants to take a risk by going to this dentist. I won't recommend anyone to go there. I was in Maxtown Family Dental in July.

Just switched to this office and had a great experience. I had a standard cleaning and then had to get a few fillings done and Dr. Ulm went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable the entire time (I have a fear of needles!) It was the best experience I have had with fillings.

The team is very professional, efficient and thorough. Dr, Ulm always explains any concerns and gives options for treatment. He answers any questions and gives the patient time to think about treatment. Whenever possible, time frame for treatment is up to the patient. I highly recommend Maxtown Family Dental.

Dr. Ulm and everyone who works in this office is a delight! Maxtown Dental is the first dentist office I've enjoyed going to, so much that my 3 boys switched from a pediatric dentist and go here now, too! HIGHLY recommend!!

I am so impressed with the quality care Dr. Eric Ulm provides at his family practice. My family and I are from Cleveland and searching for a new family dentist was difficult. When I researched Dr. Eric Ulm's practice I could tell they were a family place that i know would take care of all of us. My son (now 5, started at 3ish) is extremely comfortable with his cleaning and getting those "sugar bugs" removed as well as his "teeth vitamins". Now for me, my teeth was in need of more work including a couple of crowns and fillings. He did an amazing job!! I never felt more confident in a dentist's work! Truly a great place for dental care for the whole family that values quality work in a warm welcoming environment!!!

Ridiculous! I had to cancel an appointment last minute do to my wife having to be in the hospital unexpectedly, so I call to reschedule and they say o we can't give you an appointment at all your not allowed to come here now I guess it's punishment for having something unexpected come up in your life that you have no control over. So then the lady on the phone had a attitude with me and said going to try to charge me a $150 dollars for canceling,,which will never happen since I have the paperwork from the hospital and will fight it tooth and nail just for the principal!
