Dr. Kernizan is a exceptional surgeon who handles his patients with great respect and care. He removed all four of my wisdom teeth and I have had no complications. At 31 years old I expected a fair bit of pain but recovery has been easy (now 5 days out without issue). I would recommend him to anyone with medical anxiety or anyone who is just looking for someone to do the job right. As evidence of the fantastic care I received, please enjoy these silly thank you notes I wrote after waking up from surgery and while still very loopy: "Dr Kernizan. You are the best it means a lot to me. I hope your family is proud of you. If not then they are dumb. I hoped you have a dog. Dogs would love you. It's important. Be happy. Do you do hugs? I want hug you to say thanks for not being bad. Nurses thank you for listening to me and calming me down. I hope they pay you lots of money bemuse you deserve it. thank uou for no Cotton in my mouth. I think I would have died. You calmed me doen. You did really well. I hope you have cats of or dogs. It's important to me. You are goood caretskers. In hope you make lots of money because this is hard"

Got a vm today saying they won't accept me as a patient due to negative review. What happened to freedom of speech? I've been waiting months to have an infected tooth removed and because I couldn't return call in time to confirm appt. They fire me as a patient!? Yeah, that's gonna get you a good review! How arrogant. They know we're in pain and hold our health in their hands. How unfair and unprofessional.

I never got to have my appointment because the office called me the day before while I was in the hospital having tests done and wasn't able to answer my phone and I was given less than 1 hour to call back to confirm my appointment for yesterday. And when I did not call back they canceled my appointment. I have been waiting over 2 months to see the surgeon and have been in excruciating pain and now I can't see him for another 6 weeks all because I didn't answer the phone. I believe you should call at least two days ahead of time to confirm your appointment. 1 hour is not enough time. I'm very disappointed.

I've visited many dentist in my lifetime and none of them can compare to the culture of care they demonstrate towards their patients. I just had a tooth extracted and the experience was perfect. Very professional, loving and caring. Highly recommend!

This star should be zero than one star. They are NOT friendly with deaf patients like myself. I called them a half hour before my appointment to let them know my ride couldn't take me there so I took Uber. They simply refused to perform my surgery because my ride had an emergency with her daughter and couldn't stay. They wrote notes roughly with me then used ASL interpreter remote. Highly recommended not to use this service!

I have no idea how i can express how great this office is. Never before have i been is such a caring, clean, and professional Doctors office. Every detail from A - Z is perfection. If i could rate them a million stars i would. I am king of fear! From Max Kernizan to the nurses. They where right with me every moment. Thank You!

Dr F did my surgery. I had a complete extraction and debreedment of my gums under anesthesia. He was kind and gentle. Obviously I have a deep fear of dentists. Im going to go back for implants when i can afford to. Dr F is the best. I had barely any pain. He didn't pull haphazardly. He had to have been gentle and careful for me to have so little pain.

I HATE THE DENTIST!!! But I came here to get wisdom teeth out and everyone was so nice and today may 11th I got two taking out and from when I walked in the lady at the front desk was sweet and welcoming me when I got called into the room they sat me in the chair I was cold and they immediately went and grabbed me a blanket. Told me every move the we're doing then next thing I wake up wisdom teeth out someone there to make sure I was ok and I was on my way!!!! I'd definitely come back here!!! And I'm not an easy person to please and I highly recommend!!!! Dr. Spink took them out and he was absolutely amazing!!!!!!

Dr Keenizan & his staff do an excellent job, both in explaining the treatment options and processes. The extraction was done as painlessly as possible & the aftercare detailed both verbally & in writing. Everyone was pleasant & professional. I would highly recommend !

I have been dealing with bad teeth for a long time. I have had many removed. This place by far has been the best to deal with. They worked with my regular dentist ( I have very bad teeth and it was more than they could bite off. PUN INTENDED!). Doctor Ngyun is awesome with his technique and has a good general attitude from the second he walks in the door. That matters to me when I'm going through a uncomfortable procedure. The whole staff makes it a easy time. I recommend this place 100%. He also made the time for my emergency appointment when he wasn't even supposed to be there. I trust my dental health here for sure.

Watch out making an appointment with these people. They canceled on me twice even tho my insurance WAS on and then when I called and found out it was probably because they had the wrong information They couldn't accept responsibility and wouldn't let me schedule another apt because I might have said a cuss word or two by accident. Like what are we 4 . Seriously. After waiting for months in pain and being canceled on repeatedly I think I was wayyy nicer then many would of been. They SUCKKKKK -Laura scalese.

I'm so happy that I chose to take my 9 year old son here! Dr. Kernizan was unbelievably wonderful with him, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and feel at ease. The initial consultation was super age appropriate, and he had my son laughing and looking forward to his return. Day of the procedure he treated my son with tender care and making sure he whisped away to sleep without a worry. Thank you everyone for making this a great experience.

This was the best experience I have had with any Doctors office. Every single person that works here is so caring. You can tell that they really do care about your convenience and have your best interest in mind. I got my wisdom teeth taken out yesterday by Dr. Max and he was so sweet. The team of nurses were all so supportive when I was nervous and I felt so safe the entire time. I can't say enough great things about them.

I had my wisdom tooth taken out today! Everything went smoothly and fast. The staff were very nice and helpful. After waking up from the Anesthesia I wasn't confused or anything just a little out of it

Terrible service... had me waiting 45 mins just not to be seen... if I were 5 to 10 mins late they wouldn't accept me. Wouldn't recommend to anyone... wish I could give 0 stars

I've always had bad anxiety about the dentist. Then during Covid and since I experienced awful abscesses and was in need of urgent oral surgery to have removals and eventually implants. Of course, just the thought has made me sick with anxiety. The reception staff to the doctors has been nothing but fantastic! When I walk in, I don't have to sit there for more than a few mins wondering the "What ifs". I'm halfway through my surgery and I wouldn't change anything about my experience with this office. I trust them with all my dental care. It's been the best experience of my Life!
