Dr. Swancutt earned his Bachelor of Science degree at San Diego State University and then studied at the University of California at Los Angeles where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.). He has been providing dental care in hisNewport Beach office since 1980,located in the historic Richard Neutra-designed Mariners Medical Arts building.

In addition to practicing dentistry, Dr. Swancutt is on the Peer Review Board of the Orange County Dental Society and is a past OCDS board member, is a member of the Hoag Hospital Dental Staff, a member of the Orange County Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and a Newport Harbor Academy of Dentistry Board member. He is apast director of the dental service Orange County Flying Samaritans.Dr. Swancutt is also affiliated with local Newport Beach substance abuse andeating disorder facilities.

Dr. Swancutt's most important achievementis his marriage to Nancy in 1975 and their three daughters and his grandchildren. Away from the office, he and his family enjoy many outdoor activities including mountain biking, snowboarding, windsurfing, sailing, and travel.

Chiafang has been working in dentistry for three yearsand joined our office last year as a dental hygienist. Chiafang loves making sure her patients have a great dental experience. She is a gym rat. In her spare time she enjoys volunteering, spending time with family and friends, but most of all, dancing!

Lilian is an RDA with over 20 years in dentistry. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry and the new challenges it offers each day. When Lilian sees the impact her approach to oral care has in making her patients lives better and the changes they make as a result of her interactions, it gives her joy and a reason to smile.

Lilian has been a part of dentistry in Southern California since graduating as an RDA from Orange Coast College and UCLA Dental Assisting Program. Lilian loves dogs and has an adopted pit mutt mix and dog sits for her sons Frenchie. When shes away from the office, Lilian and her family enjoy the beach, trail hikes, and bike rides on the HB and Balboa trails. Lilian loves to travel and makes summer visits to her extended family in Guatemala.
