This surgeon and staff are incredible! I had to have two extractions side by side and couldn't sleep for a week prior I was so nervous. For those that have had bad or traumatic dental experiences in your past, I promise they won't happen here! The staff are so incredibly sweet & welcoming and the chair is even heated! (Or maybe I was having hot flashes, but it was very comfortable!). They use a numbing cherry flavored jelly first, that numbs you before the needle. I've never seen anywhere else do that.. they are also lightning fast with precision. She has both of my teeth out in what felt like 60 seconds, never felt a thing and I was wide awake. I am so happy I was referred here and I can't recommend it enough!!

Dr. Strawn and the staff made my experience with wisdom tooth removal very easy! The whole staff is very knowledgable and comforting during the entire process. I highly recommend this practice!

From the moment I walked in the door the entire front staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Once in Dr. Morgan's chair I was very nervous and experiencing anxiety. Both Dr. Strawn and her assistant put me at ease by speaking with me, answering all questions and offering some information I didn't know to ask. Dr. Morgan explained exactly what she'd be doing and continued to as she went to work. Her assistant was soothing & calming me as well. I would not hesitate a moment to recommend Dr. Strawn. I had a very positive experience and was not expecting that at all. Kudos to the entire staff. Mahalo nui loa!

Amazing work done by Dr. Stawn and her team for my implant. I was in and out in a jiffy. My implant healed quickly. The massage dental chairs were a huge perk as well as the kind, work demeanor of all the team members 100% the best!!!!

Dr. Strawn is very nice and a great surgeon as far as I can tell, but her staff is not. They were extremely rude to us and had no idea what they were talking about (about many things but I'm only including the major ones here) I was having problems with my back teeth and had to rush to get my wisdom teeth removed. They squeezed me in that day which I appreciate. It was my first time going under anesthesia so I didn't know any better. They told me not to eat, but that I can drink. (I asked specifically about water because I was active at work when they called and needed to stay hydrated) I drank water, booked a hotel in the area, called out of work, and drove an hour to get the procedure done. Once I got there I learned I should not have drank water and I had to reschedule for the next week (another week with pain in my tooth) they were not sorry that they told me the wrong information. Just rescheduled me and brushed it off. My boyfriend was quite annoyed because he had to cancel everything at his work to drive me. He asked about why they told me I could drink water. They responded with "Well, do you want us to do the procedure anyways and have her suffocate and die?" That could've ended up much worse because of the misinformation. The next time I went in they had canceled my appointment without telling me so I was standing outside for an hour after my scheduled appt time waiting to get in. It ended up being fine she came by an hour later to do the procedure. Before I left they gave me a bag and said everything I need is in that bag along with aftercare instructions. However there were no aftercare instructions inside, just a vague pamphlet about getting a tooth removed. I was also never told that my case would be worse than average because of the size and position of my teeth. I was in excruciating pain for an entire week before I realized I was taking the wrong dose of my painkillers because they never told me how much to take and the info on the bottle was wrong. (It still took an excruciating 3 months to be fully healed not Dr.Strawns fault but I had no idea it would take this long until afterwards, which I feel like they should've mentioned) Luckily Dr. Strawn has a number I was able to text any time of day and she would respond within minutes which was fantastic. They also don't take insurance so I payed upfront. Turns out they filed a claim anyways and got paid from us, AND the insurance company. Which is now resolved but again, I wouldn't expect a good buisness to do something like this. Dr. Strawn is very sweet and a good surgeon, but my experience with everything besides her and her assistant was a bad experience.

Was a little bit of waiting list to get an appointment, but when I arrived for the appointment it was super quick. Very caring and nice staff and assistants. The procedure was painless would recommend anytime.

Everyone in the office made me feel super comfortable and safe, and explained things so well. Dr. Strawn is kind, patient, and experienced- all of which is definitely what you want to have with any dental work, especially if you're a little nervous about it. She made it painless and easy.

I had upper and lower wisdom teeth pulled on my right side. I didn't feel a thing, and I got excellent aftercare. Dr. Strawn and her staff were wonderful!

My husband recently had a tooth extracted at this office. He was so incredibly impressed with the kindness and professionalism of each person who cared for him. From the compassionate gals who did the scheduling, to the amazing doctor and her assistant. Without exception everyone made him feel he was the most valuable patient! He had been seen by his regular dentist as well as an endodontist Both believed the severity of the infection necessitated work by a specialist. Dr strawn made the procedure seem effortless (as well as nearly painless). At the end, all he he could talk about was " how amazing everyone was!" Thank you so much Dr Strawn, Jane, Lera and Reyna. You are the best of the best!!!

Dr Morgan is awesome, she is an excellent surgeon and showed genuine concern while she helped me through my recovery of my broken jaw. Everyone at the office was excellent and friendly. Was greeted by name each time I came in and As a patient you definitely feel and are treated like a person not just a number or case. Would fully recommend Maui Facial and Dental to anyone needing work done.

I just had a consultation with Dr Strawn for wisdom teeth removal. I was so impressed with her integrity as a doctor. She was so thorough in explaining my options, and the risks and benefits of each. She is clearly a doctor that puts her patient's well-being above earning a buck, or following outdated science. I'm so glad I found her. Dr. Strawn, thank you for your knowledge, warmth and professionalism. Highly recommend her!

I saw Dr Strawn for extractions and everyone in the office was kind and gentle. They were timely and the office is very clean. For an appointment that causes most people, myself included, plenty of anxiety I have to say that this was an overwhelmingly positive experience. I appreciated that my initial quote was the highest possible price so that I would be prepared financially. I was also given a follow up call to make sure I was healing properly. It took a while to get in but this appointment was worth the wait.
