Dr. Thomas Matyas received his Bachelor of Science degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and his Doctorate from Marquette University School of Dentistry. He joined the US Navy Dental Corp. after dental school, where he trained in oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics, and prosthodontics. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, Connecticut Dental Association, and the New London County Dental Association. Past President of the New London Dental Society.
Dr. Janellen Matyas is a graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton and Emory University School of Dentistry. She spent three and a half years in the US Navy in Groton, Connecticut; training in oral surgery, periodontics, prosthodontics, and endodontics. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, Connecticut Dental Association, and the New London County Dental Association.
Dr. Teresa Matyas graduated from Marquette University with aBachelor of Science Degree and a Doctorate from MarquetteSchool of Dentistry. She completed a General Practice Residency at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. with advanced training in Endodontics, Periodontics, Oral Surgery, Dental Implant, and Invisalign. She is a new member of the American Dental Association, Connecticut State Dental Association and the New London County Dental Association.
Drs. Thomas and Janellen Matyas started their practice in 1987, and with more than 60years of combined experience. They have worked hard to provide outstanding dental care to residents within New London County.

I absolutely love this office. They are quick, convenient (I work in the same building) and scheduling an appointment is NEVER a hassle. I usually have Carmie as a hygienist and she is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and gentle. The dentists are awesome and will make great recommendations for your dental health. This office as a whole is great.
